Thank god Canada is down with the clips! I have everything paperclipped, some even have 2. My husbands CO is definitely going to get restocked after his interview haha.

I actually had a couple stapled documents that were not an issue (divorce decree, etc).

Got an email today from Montreal just reminding me to bring passport photos, medical exam, and 2014 W2 and returns (and 2015 if you got 'em).

thanks dwheels76.. Just got a called from my husband Co asked him only three questions. How did u met ur wife? 2. Did u or ur wife got married before? 3. What college did ur wife attended before she left for the U.S? Co said he answer the questions correctly, but gave his Passport back n he should keep his phone on they will call him in one or two months. Think I heard him saying something abt AP. But he will email me the letter he received from the CO as soon as he gets home. Said he asked the Co if his visa was refused Co said No. We will contact u in one or two months. Any idea what was the prob.?

December 18th scan date, supervisor review since February 1st, CC today after 2.5 months of headache and heartache! The rep also told me that March interview dates were already filled (understandably). Really hope to be squeezed into an April interview date because we really can't afford more delays... Will update my status in this thread and my timeline.

My husband and I are finally home in the US !! POE was last night in Baltimore.

I just posted my Belizean embassy review, word of Funny advice, Do Not use paperclips on your documents in Belize. I had about 15 or so to keep documents sorted out and security had to remove every single one, as we just stood there and watched him. It really showed me how OCD I am about organization.

Also, I just wanted to say Thank you again to everyone for their help and support through this process.

Without VJ we would have never been as prepared as we were nor had such a smooth case.

Hi, all

So i´m now ready to share what happen at the Embassy and my Interview.

I was there 08:00 and got it 15 min after.

I was the first in line and only in line at the time.

I went to all the security stuff. WOW it´s a big Embassy!!

I came inside and went to the window, at that time i was thinking "all is fine, i have all my papers"

I was then asked for:

Passport

MC

BC his and her (And there was the problem.)

Chat log

Pictures

JS AOS and financial papers

Military Papers

Waiver of old GC

As i said, BC (My bc) was the problem, i somehow left it at home, with some other papers in a "backup" folder.

So i was told to sit back down, they looked over my papers and called me back to another window.

Here i got my fingerprints taken and was asked:

Where did you meet your wife?

Why was she in Denmark?

What does she do for living?

What will you do for living?

What about your kids?

That was it.

I was then put in AP - the 221(g) and was told they need to have the BC for them to approve my case.

The last thing i was told was that i had to mail it to them and when they got my paper, they will do my passport and mail it to my in the Envelop that i addressed to my self as the first thing after handing in papers.

Today i mailed the my BC and they will have it in hand Friday or Monday.

So that´s where i´m with the case so fare.

That's OK we all make mistakes, we fall then get up and start running!!

You will get this taken care off real fast because STK is not a busy post.

I also found out only yesterday that our case was complete. Glad to know that your case is for China as well, and with case complete date similar to ours. I expected that the March interview dates would be filled but still sad to find it out. Lets hope both our cases will have interviews scheduled in early April. Fingers crossed.

BTW, did you do electronic processing?

Well this someone was just "#¤!"%&!&

Now that i had the papers right next to me at home.

But mailed out paper yesterday but for some reason it still not moved from post office.

So will not be there until Monday.
