NPC age of declaration or birth cert

Im looking at the packet 3 requirements early on so i can help assist my future fiance witihn the process to make it easier for her. If she stays in port harcourt then would all she need to do is go to the NPC state office in rivers state? can she get her age of declaration there? she wasnt in born in a hospital so she doenst have a birth cert. I looked at the npc website and saw they had many state offices , if someone can confirm this is all she needs to do id appreciate the help

She should go to NPC and get the certificate there..thats what's recognised at the Lagos embassy,i got mine at NPC in lagos though..goodluck

Tell her to go to NPC with her ID and she will fill out the age attestament and get the NPC birth certificate. As Annoj said this NPC certificate you will have no wahala with NVC or Embassy. They have in PH right?

Yes I looked at the NPC website and it says they have a state office in River state , thanks for the replies , how long does It take to get the cert 1 -2 weeks im guessing? whats the cost ?

She should also go with her passport photographs..it takes about 1-2 weeks,and about N2,500-N3,000..i can't remember vividly now.

And let me add,she needs to get a sworn declaration of age from the high Court which she needs to submit at the NPC for the processing of the NPC certificate .

another question i had was how long does the npc cert go for , like does it expire only for 1-2 years or theres no expire date when she obtains it ? if thats the case i may just tell her to go ahead and get it now so she can have it already
