What should i do? should i wait till April 15th to file tax return or File it now n sent her tax return with Updated form i-864 and i-864a?

Thanks.

Fill it out and have it ready for interview, they will want them most likely. This is what I have read about that time of year interviews. We did ours real quick and submitted the w2 and 1040 2015 in case.

It's better to have it to hand to them instead of AP and you wait ....

The interview will be on that date. Suggest sooner vs later. Its possible they wont care and its possible they will.

The Department of State? The IV Unit where the interview is to be held?

No Way !

If one interviews DURING 'tax season', ya show the prior tax year, 2014 in this instance.

AFTER Tax Season is over, the 19th of April being the first day after tax season, then one must show an I-864 with 2015 tax data on interview day.

Sorry.

Sometimes my language usage seems confusing - please feel free to 'read it twice', just in case !
Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

chasing an ITIN is straightforward. I suggest you look a bit more, about it, here at VJ. Maybe try the advanced search tool when using a PC.

Or file an extension and then file MFJ if you want after she enters.

Or a certified copy. Dont just wait though. Either file an extension or do your taxes.
