Urgent info regarding financial report

Hi there,

I am just curious. My husband's ITR (2014) the one I attached to my I485 for financial support was insufficient but we submitted employment letter stating that he's annual salary is $20,000 which is in line with the poverty guideline of uscis. however his latest W2 (2015) is only in $11,113.80 - we used that to file for his 2015 ITR..

My question is, is it going to have an effect to my I485? Or is the uscis will look into the employment letter stating that his annual salary is $20,000 as basis? Because he had a lot of absent last year because of medical reasons. I just want to know in advance so we can get a sponsor if his latest w2 will not be accepted.

Fyi. We are only 2(two) in the household. In the uscis poverty guidelines. I think. It is somewhat in $19,000 for two household.

Thanks.

Include copies of recent paystubs that support the income claim. Current and continuing income is most important. W2 shows past income.
