Our case file i-130 received on 05/jan/2016 to CSC, on 26/Feb/2016 we received email saying Case statues: Post decision Activity ;

while in USCIS check statuse: Document was Mailed;

What is this? is it Approved? and moved to NVC?

Note: we request to Expedite the case on 06/Feb/2016 via phone;

It's probably the letter about your expedite. Could be a request for evidence. If it was an approval it would say so. Could be an approval of your expedite. You just have to wait for the letter.

Maybe you are right;

i called them but what they said is wait the letter;

but in USCIS site the next step as below:
