Flight from Manila to USA K-1 Credit card ticket purchase issues Fees Taxes

Ok so my Fiancee and her son have their Passports, Visa and today they received the CFO stamp.

Next up is a ticket purchase ONE-WAY.

My question if they fly EVA or ASIANA Airlines and I purchase the ticket here in USA on-line will there be any problems and will they need to have my Credit Card at check in?

There used to be an Airport tax or Terminal fee at Manila but I believe they stopped that accept for OCW?

EVA does ask for credit card verification if you are not on same flight with them. You can sign a consent at an EVA branch in the States. You can buy tickets for them at a travel agent to save them from hassles though. Travel agent always has better price and schedule FYI (shorter layover for example...)

The terminal fee is included in the airfare. The exit fee is not, be prepared to pay that for your wife and her son. Exit fee P1620

Most airlines want to verify the CC. It would be good to email copies of your CC and your DL. I have heard you can go to the airlines at the airport near you and do this ahead of time also.

We went with Asiana only $575 one way to Seattle.

I will email my Driver License and CC as suggested and insure she has P for exit fee.

If bought through third party vendor you won't need the credit card. Expedia, priceline....etc.....

The waiting is almost over. I also purchased Asian (on-line) and way cheaper than Delta.

Minor exit fee is 1/2 price and if memory serves me correctly the counter adds an additional P200 processing charge.

Most of the online ticket booking sites and all airlines will take the credit card. They may ask some questions for identy purposes but you won't find that out till you make some calls or inquire about their policies.

I have used Cheaopoair for several flights for my finacee and she did not need the credit card or my ID. I have also found that site to have the cheapest prices and I have looked at a ton of sites.

No, there are separate blocks to put traveler's information and the credit card holders name. There's no law or rule stating you can't buy a plane ticket for someone.

Terminal fee is included in the tickets now? I've never departed from any PH airport that didn't require paying a terminal fee. P500 for domestic or P750 for international (last I was there).

ETA: I hope this is true. That extra terminal fee windows is a pain in the behind.

We were in the Phils last summer, when we flew back to the States in August there wasn't a booth/window for collecting the terminal fee to be found. (terminal 3)

Airport Fees?

The Domestic Passenger Service Charge (DPSC - better known as the Passenger Terminal Fee) of PhP 200.00 for domestic travel has been incorporated in the airline tickets since August 1, 2012. Take note this is departing NAIA only; if you are travelling from Visayas, Mindanao and other Luzon Airports going to NAIA, you will still pay P200.00 or less terminal fees.

The International Passenger Service Charge (IPSC - better known as the Passenger Terminal Fee) of PhP 550.00 for international travel was also incorporated in the airline tickets starting February 1, 2015.

The integration of passenger service charge into the price of airline tickets was implemented simultaneously by all airlines; fully implemented when all tickets puchased/issued prior to February 1, 2015 shall have been flown.

The integration will be by default for tickets purchased online or from ticketing offices and travel agents. Integration will be upon booking or ticket purchase, whether purchased in the Philippines or abroad.

The scheme shall also recognize and honor all exemptions mandated by law. i.e. OFWs
