Maybe look around for a job, and then you can expedite your case based on a job offer.

I was out of work for 3 months also while waiting for EAD and it killed me seeing my husband working to pay for everything. We met and got married back while I was still working, so we used to split our bills and contributed equally, so it was really hard for me not working and paying anything. I finally put in an expedite request on my case and recently got approved, so I'm back to the workforce real soon and I'm so happy about that.

Good luck with your case too.

I had a job offer and was on day 87/90 without hearing anything about my EAD/AP. I called up my local congressman's office and spoke to the lady in charge of immigration. I sent her the receipts I had for AOS and EAD and within a day she called USCIS. That same day I received confirmation that my EAD and AP was approved and processed and card was ordered.

Since the online timeline says 90 days you should definitely look into putting in a service request, if that doesn't work - contact your congressman's office. Mine was very pleasant and very quick.

Good luck!
