hello! I dont know where to ask but hopefully you can help me. Me and my husband already married for almost 2 years and we have a child 1 yr.old already. On my husband's divorce paper his ex wife stated about domestic violence and he told me that his ex wife also tried to put him in jail before but he was not found guilty so they just release my husband. My husband told me that his ex. wife just telling stories, she's telling lies and he never hit his ex.wife and what all stated on their divorce paper is not true. We already tried cfo but they put me on hold because of his case now my question are:

1. how many % we can go to US?

2. what should documents we need to get to help us in cfo & unhold me?

3. what will be possible question in embassy?

4. Is there a chance embassy will deny me? even if we have a child already and she's already a US citizen.

5. would the embassy and USCIS look for his record that he went to jail for a while because of false accusation by his ex.wife?

im just worried if the embassy will deny me..

Thanks a lot!

Your biggest problem is CFO, they have this serious "nanny" attitude, not sure how you will get them to understand.

As for USEM, be honest, answer ONLY questions asked. If there is no record and your husband was (only) dragged through the coals by his EX then all should be fine. Yes the embassy already knows, they know "everything" ... Serious they know.
