I-765 Eligibility Question (AOS Concurrent Filing)

Hey Guys!! T And I are ready to file our AOS documents ( I-765, I-485, I-130 and G-325; hopefully Wednesday) However, we are a little confused on ONE question. I came to the US on a B2 visa so, for question 17 on the I-765 (eligibility category), what option do I choose under "Who may file Form I-765", is it (a) (9) or c (9)? PLEASE HELP!! Trying to submit this week..... :goofy:

4/28/2016: Biometrics Letter Received (Day 34)

5/12/2016: 11am - Biometrics appointment (Day 48)

6/15/2016: EAD Expedite Request (Day 78)

7/1/2016: Submitted EAD/AP Inquiry Request to Congressman (Day 94)

7/6/2016: EAD/AP Approved (Day 99)

7/11/2016: Received hardcopy NOA2 for EAD & AP (Day 104)

7/12/2016: Status Update to "Card was Mailed" (Day 105)

7/13/2016: EAD/AP Combo Card Arrived (Day 106)

7/20/2016: Received Interview Notice for August 25, 2016 @ 11:45am (Day 113)

8/25/2016: Interview Atlanta Field Office at 11:45am -APPROVED!!!! (Day 149)

The form instructions tell you what the categories are. https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-765instr.pdf

K-3 Nonimmigrant Spouse of U.S. Citizen or K-4
Dependent--(a)(9). <-- You entered on a tourist visa. This is not you, correct?

Adjustment Applicant--(c )(9). <-- You are applying for adjustment of status, so you are an adjustment applicant.

Q: I'm filing an I-765 with or after my I-485. What eligibility category code should I use?

A: C-9.
