You will also want to fill out form G-325A along with a copy of your US Birth Certificate front and back. You may also want to fill out from G-1145 so that you receive emails and/or text notifications of the status of your case. Don't forget to provide pictures and other proof of your relationship when submitting the forms. You will also need to fill out form I-134, but that isn't needed until the interview.

Please read the guides. It's best to do some research on this process and what is needed by using a PC or laptop. Yes there is a lot more to it than just submitting the I-129f.
