Last year, I only worked part time and made around $250/week (I worked for 44 weeks, so i made an annual income of $11,000), which doesn't meet the poverty guidelines, and my 2015 tax transcript reflects that. Starting the last week of December 2015 however, I started working full time at a management position and my wage increased up to $550/week (expected annual income of $28,000), so am I eligible to sponsor my Fiance? We are preparing for his interview soon. I have weekly pay stubs that reflect the increase in wage and a letter of employment that verifies my income and position. Also, I am 19 years old and last year was the first year that I filed my taxes.

Any help/clarification is greatly appreciated!

With your employer's letter, pay stubs, w2s and tax return you should be good. Not only does the history show your potential but so does the current pay stubs along with your employer's letter and that is what the CO will used along with your other required documents for their decision. You do not need a cosponsor.
