NEWLY I learned this notification On that cancel my application for abandonment, for the reason that my father, my sponsor , is older and neglected the process , now, after all payments and the time want to knoif my case you have any hope.

all payments? should have only been 1 payment.

as to 'the letter' - with your father as the petitioner, that letter would have been sent on to him, at his address. what's he got ?

I will guess that Dad received an RFE and did nothing about it.
