Hi,

My name is April. I'm new to this forum. My hus band Ola has been in the US since March 2015 after he got his 2 years green card. We are aware that we have to file for adjustment of status but we just don't know how or when to start. Please give us directions. Thanks

**** Moving from AOS to ROC forum for answers *****

You are getting processes mixed up; Adjustment of Status is for those coming in on an K1 to get a greencard. Since you did the spousal visa and your husband already has the 2 year greencard, what he needs to do is Removal of Conditions (ROC), to get the ten year greencard: http://www.visajourney.com/content/751guide
