So I literally just attached everything to the email.

As for document naming format I used the following:

For the IV documents:

CASENUMBER_BENEFICIARYNAME_DOCUMENTNAME.pdf

For the AOS documents:

We used a joint sponsor, and household member, so we had a lot:

CASENUMBER_BENEFICIARYNAME_PETITIONER_DOCUMENT-NAME.pdf

CASENUMBER_BENEFICIARYNAME_JOINTSPONSOR_DOCUMENT-NAME.pdf

CASENUMBER_BENEFICIARYNAME_HOUSEHOLDMEMBER_DOCUMENT-NAME.pdf

In the body of the email, I had this:

Petitioner’s full name:

Petitioner’s date of birth:

Petitioner’s email address:

Beneficiary’s full name:

Beneficiary’s date of birth:

Beneficiary’s email address:

Please find attached the Affidavit of Support I-864, Financial Documents, and Immigrant Visa Documents for case number XXXXXXXXX.

Scanned copies of documents submitted are exact copies of unaltered documents and I understand that I will be required to submit original documents to an Immigration or Consular officer at a later date.
