Hello everbody.

Me with my wife we Will file for adjustment of status ok k1 soon. We have everything. We have a co sponsor that make 39900 every year that supporte lást year 5 members.this year she have 4 members to suporte. She go be our co sponsor include me is 5. It is fine? What taxes year we need include? Thanks a lot

If it is 5, including herself plus you, then yes. https://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-864p.pdf

You need to include the most recent taxes that were filed. If they already filed for 2015, then you need to include the complete copy of the 2015 return with all forms, schedules, W-2s and/or 1099s. They also need to provide proof of current annual income, with letter from employer and/or recent pay stubs, plus proof of being a US citizen or permanent resident.
