I have referred to 3.1 in FAQ, but still have a question.

My alien fiancé has two children, both of which were born in the US and currently live in the US. Should I still list our two kids?

Also, 28a. My fiancées parents live in the US but when he goes for the interview, if they request the I-134, Affidavit of Support, my father will be our Sponsor. For his address on where he intends to live, does that address need to match my fathers address or can it be his families home address? (I currently live with my father but we will float back in forth between the two addresses)

List the kids. It's biographic, not necessarily that they need a visa. I am not seeing exactly what question you are referring to when you say 3.1 in the FAQs.

1-134--doesn't matter if you intend to live with the sponsor or elsewhere.
