Does anyone know how accurate USCIS' processing times for each field office are? Am referring to this page: https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/processTimesDisplayInit.do

I think its accurate for those who have to have an interview but not for those whose interviews are waived. I have a friend locally who received a notice that they will require an interview that filed about a month before I did that do not have an interview date but I received notice today that ours was approved without interview.

4/1: hard copy NOAs

4/8: bio appointment letter

4/18: biometrics completed

5/11: status update, "ready to be scheduled for interview"

6/3: submitted service request for EAD
6/18: submitted online change of address (AR-11)

6/20: service request response, "your case is currently under review"

6/21: interview scheduled for July 26 (online update)

6/23: hard copy interview notice

6/24: EAD/AP approved, "new card ordered"
6/28: EAD mailed to me
6/30: EAD/AP card delivered
7/26: interview APPROVED!
7/26: new card ordered

7/28: card mailed

8/1: permanent resident card received in mailbox! : )

We have the same field office. Honestly hope that the website is not accurate...guess that big city as DC has ton of applications to process and it can take a while :(

03/31/2016  - Package sent off ( I-130, I-485, EAD, AP)

04/01/2016 - Package received by USCIS office

04/06/2016 - Check cashed

04/11/2016 - NOA1 e-mail received

04/16/2016 - NOA1 hard copy received

04/29/2016 - Biometrics letter received

05/12/2016 - Biometrics appointment

05/02/2016 - Biometrics done, early walk-in

05/12/2016 - Online status changed: I-485 case is ready to be scheduled for an interview

06/15/2016 - Submitted a Service Request for EAD/AP

07/15/2016 - Submitted a Service Request for EAD/AP #2

I filed mine 2 weeks prior to you and still no interview scheduled, don't think it's just a big city thing.. Here in Texas there are a a few offices to spread the load but it's not any quicker...

Can't pin point the speed at which some locations work at compared to others.

Maybe they could take me on as a consultant to come up with some answers! Would love to know what goes on with these files on a daily basis!!

EAD update this morning, card was mailed on May 20!

**Adjusting from initial Q1/changed to B1 then overstay, termination of removal proceedings**

(STAND ALONE i-130/TERMINATION OF REMOVAL)

First met: Totally random by asking for directions, June 2014 while on vacation at Disney World (L)

Engaged: Aug. 21, 2014

Married: Dec. 1, 2014

ICE phone contact: sometime in early Dec. 2014- Co-operated, retained attorney who advised the same.

Filed stand alone i-130: January 2015 (VSC)

ICE home visit, schedule time to go to DHS office and NTA issued, date TBD, was not detained and released on own recognizance within an hour: January, 2015.

NOA1: Feb. 20, 2015.

Transfer to CSC to balance workloads: August 2015

1)First Master Calendar Hearing: Sept. 9, 2015-Continued based on pending i-130, new court date in 6mo.

Congressional Inquiry: Dec 8. 2015

***i-130 APPROVED WITHOUT INTERVIEW: Dec. 21, 2015** :dancing:

2)Second Master Hearing: March 9, 2016- Removal proceedings terminated w/o prejudice based on approved i-130!! Remanded to USCIS to begin AOS process :dance:

(AOS AFTER TERMINATION)

Filed AOS packet: March 16, 2016.

NOA1: March 21, 2016.

Biometrics: April 20, 2016.

RFE Initial evidence: April 21, 2016 for birth cert/translation and Q1/B1 i94s

RFE response received: May 10, 2016.

EAD approval: May 25, 2016- Card arrived at attorney's office! Could not pick up until May 30 because we were at Disney World again :):D

Notice of missing medical exam: July 2016 (Done on purpose to avoid expiration, we will bring it to the interview as stated in notice)

Inquiry about case status: Sept 2016- Case pending interview at local office.

Inquiry about case status again: Oct. 2016- Due to factors not related to your case, anticipate a delay in processing

Infopass #1 at local office: Dec. 19, 2016- Case pending background/security checks, advised when to renew EAD #2

We also got an update, today - a new card is being produced for the EAD. Never did receive any notice of approval, but we're not complaining!

09/14/2015: NOA2 received
09/30/2015: NVC received case
10/02/2015: CEAC status changed to "In Transit"
10/08/2015: CEAC status changed to "Ready"
10/09/2015: Consulate acknowledged receipt via phone; Hardcopy from US DoS with case number.
10/19/2015: Received information from Consulate.
10/28/2015: Medical Exam
11/17/2015: Interview...rescheduled due to computer problems. New date as yet unknown.
11/18/2015: Called in for interview and APPROVED!

11/24/2015: Picked up visa/passport and sealed packet from the Consulate! <happy dance>

02/14/2016: Arrived in the U.S. (POE was Bermuda)...CO was really nice!

All of you that received update on Ead approval please was it on ur case status u got the notification or u got a mail on ur mailbox??

Both, online (about week later than in the mail) and in the mail for EAD & AP

Met around 2011/2012 in a game (league of legends) super random, best friends ever since... grew closer as friends and desided in 2013 to try dating, flew over and we had a click =)
