Sundays suck... it's so quiet... no mail... no nothing.

try having a reptile as pet, I have cricket noise all day every day :P

I do miss the hopeful trips to the mailbox tho

Met around 2011/2012 in a game (league of legends) super random, best friends ever since... grew closer as friends and desided in 2013 to try dating, flew over and we had a click =)

Just checking in...

Still haven't heard anything here either, my case was received on the 26th of March, bio appointment was on the 27th of April, but the tracker still says case received....I'm on day 57....sigh.

Case tracker is about 50% right these days, you could have been approved your ead and not know it til it arrives in the mail half of the time.

**Adjusting from initial Q1/changed to B1 then overstay, termination of removal proceedings**

(STAND ALONE i-130/TERMINATION OF REMOVAL)

First met: Totally random by asking for directions, June 2014 while on vacation at Disney World (L)

Engaged: Aug. 21, 2014

Married: Dec. 1, 2014

ICE phone contact: sometime in early Dec. 2014- Co-operated, retained attorney who advised the same.

Filed stand alone i-130: January 2015 (VSC)

ICE home visit, schedule time to go to DHS office and NTA issued, date TBD, was not detained and released on own recognizance within an hour: January, 2015.

NOA1: Feb. 20, 2015.

Transfer to CSC to balance workloads: August 2015

1)First Master Calendar Hearing: Sept. 9, 2015-Continued based on pending i-130, new court date in 6mo.

Congressional Inquiry: Dec 8. 2015

***i-130 APPROVED WITHOUT INTERVIEW: Dec. 21, 2015** :dancing:

2)Second Master Hearing: March 9, 2016- Removal proceedings terminated w/o prejudice based on approved i-130!! Remanded to USCIS to begin AOS process :dance:

(AOS AFTER TERMINATION)

Filed AOS packet: March 16, 2016.

NOA1: March 21, 2016.

Biometrics: April 20, 2016.

RFE Initial evidence: April 21, 2016 for birth cert/translation and Q1/B1 i94s

RFE response received: May 10, 2016.

EAD approval: May 25, 2016- Card arrived at attorney's office! Could not pick up until May 30 because we were at Disney World again :):D

Notice of missing medical exam: July 2016 (Done on purpose to avoid expiration, we will bring it to the interview as stated in notice)

Inquiry about case status: Sept 2016- Case pending interview at local office.

Inquiry about case status again: Oct. 2016- Due to factors not related to your case, anticipate a delay in processing

HAPPY 2YR ANNIVERSARY TO US!!

Infopass #1 at local office: Dec. 19, 2016- Case pending background/security checks, advised when to renew EAD #2

Haha!! Oh when are you going to celebrate? The 28th Feb or the 1st March as it's every 5 years! It's a hard to forget date just because of that alone!

I have to wait until the end of the day to check the mail as the husband has the key to the mail box lol. I keep forgetting to ask him to leave it at home :P

We are just gonna celebrate every 4 years LOL

Our actual "wedding celebration" will be next month, for now we are just married on paper and we rather wanna have our anniversary in June

Awww...like us, we want to do a proper wedding next summer.

UPDATE!!!!!!! Kinda odd... BUT at least we GOT AN EAD UPDATE!!!

So... on April 26th the status changed to "We ordered your new card." Then on the same day it changed to "We approved your Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization."

Nothing has happened since. Except a LOT of mailman stalking.

Today the status changed back to "We ordered your new card."

I am taking this as a VERY GOOD SIGN that it has now actually been found in the trashcan / behind the water-cooler / under the leg of a wonky desk / being used as a paper-aeroplane in some twisted USCIS aerobatic olympics...

Thanks for my work permit card!!!! It will be here so soon now. I can almost taste it.


By the way, status just changed to new card being produced! I can't believe it!! Stay hopeful!

Hi guys, late arrival to the party right here! Sent 4-in-1 package late Feb, NOA date March 8. Have received EAD/AP card and done biometrics. Case Tracker has said that they are ready to schedule our interview since April 18, but no sign of a date yet. Now checking Case Tracker and mail every day, OCD-style. Our field office is Washington DC.
