No case tracker is still down....for days now :(

**Adjusting from initial Q1/changed to B1 then overstay, termination of removal proceedings**

(STAND ALONE i-130/TERMINATION OF REMOVAL)

First met: Totally random by asking for directions, June 2014 while on vacation at Disney World (L)

Engaged: Aug. 21, 2014

Married: Dec. 1, 2014

ICE phone contact: sometime in early Dec. 2014- Co-operated, retained attorney who advised the same.

Filed stand alone i-130: January 2015 (VSC)

ICE home visit, schedule time to go to DHS office and NTA issued, date TBD, was not detained and released on own recognizance within an hour: January, 2015.

NOA1: Feb. 20, 2015.

Transfer to CSC to balance workloads: August 2015

1)First Master Calendar Hearing: Sept. 9, 2015-Continued based on pending i-130, new court date in 6mo.

Congressional Inquiry: Dec 8. 2015

***i-130 APPROVED WITHOUT INTERVIEW: Dec. 21, 2015** :dancing:

2)Second Master Hearing: March 9, 2016- Removal proceedings terminated w/o prejudice based on approved i-130!! Remanded to USCIS to begin AOS process :dance:

Notice of missing medical exam: July 2016 (Done on purpose to avoid expiration, we will bring it to the interview as stated in notice)

Inquiry about case status: Sept 2016- Case pending interview at local office.

Inquiry about case status again: Oct. 2016- Due to factors not related to your case, anticipate a delay in processing

Just letting you all know, my case status just got updated right now.... (was approved monday, heard it on wednesday, online changed to approved on friday...)

I hope everyone gets some updates spam right now again, like last time =)

Met around 2011/2012 in a game (league of legends) super random, best friends ever since... grew closer as friends and desided in 2013 to try dating, flew over and we had a click =)

Hey, guys, about and hour ago I got a text message saying my case was updated. i-485 approved! Hope everyone gets good news today too. :)

Here's my timeline:

03/12/2016 - AOS/EAD/AP Package mailed

03/17/2016 - Text messages informing the case and payment were received by the USCIS

03/18/2016 - Date of the I-485/765/131 NOAs

03/21/2016 - NOAs received by mail

03/26/2016 - Biometrics appointment for I-485 & I-765 scheduled

03/29/2016 - Received the NOA for the biometrics

04/13/2016 - Biometrics appointment (Nashville)

05/09/2016 - I-131 and I-765 approved

05/12/2016 - Text message informing I-131 and I-765 were approved (My Case Status updated on that day - I-131: "Case Was Approved"; I-765: "New Card Is Being Produced")

05/13/2016 - I-131 NOA hard copy received by mail

05/16/2016 - I-485 approved

05/20/2016 - Text message informing I-485 was approved (My Case Status updated today) :D

March 8, 2016-sent AOS packet ( I-485, I-131, I-765)

March 10 - lockbox received packet

March 17 - notifications received

March 21 - received hardcopies of NOAs

April 1 - received biometrics appointment

April 11 - Biometrics at Buena Park

May 6 - received hardcopy of I-131 approval dated May 2

May 11 - received texts/email - AP Approved, EAD card is being produced (ordered card production April 30)

May 27 - called USCIS tier 2 - service request to reproduce crooked card that was not sent

June 8 - received texts/email/update - EAD card being mailed

June 11 - received EAD/AP combo card

August 23 - Interview is scheduled for Sept. 28

Sept 28 - AOS approved

You have to sign up at the USCIS website for text and/or email alerts . You will need your case numbers

I have a quick question. I got text messages only first time when they got my case. After that I'm only keep checking on the app and casetracker website. Why I do not get any emails or text , even that I send the form for e- notifications?

Some people have reported the same problem, even tho they filed and e-notification they only get the first message and then never again... To avoid this problem I did create an account on the USCIS website and signed up to receive e-mail and text messages notifications, in addition to the G-1145 - e-notification form.

Got a notice saying we did not submit the form for medical, i693 I think. We were aware of this anyway, and planned to bring it to the interview.

The note basically said they were telling us we didn't send it. And to NOT send it now, wait and bring it to the interview or if waived, wait for an RFE requesting it.

In that case, we scheduled to have medical done in July. How long are the Medicals good for, a year or is it 6mo?

24 days since EAD card was ordered to be produced

Hubby's card was also ordered for production April 30, and we still have not received it. I guess the machine went bad (or the guy making the cards fell asleep) during that batch, because some who got approved early May got their cards already.

Got approved on the April 28th. Online tracker just says that it's approved, not even sent for production :(

Hang in there, I only just received my approval notices (on fancy green paper oooooohhh)

I don't expect to see anything until next week. Frustrating that you have the approval but need the physical card to actually do anything!

At least you don't sound like you're "All shook up"..... Uh huh huh thank you very much...

OMG, still nothing for me. NOA1 for EAD was March 11 and for I-485 March 17. If nothing will show up in the mail today I am going to call them on Monday. This is soooooooooo ridiculous....
