Been over a week since EAD/AP was approved i asked how long ild have to wait until i get the actual card (so i could give companies an estimate time when i could start) its not 30 days atm, its 60 days

Filed stand alone i-130: January 2015 (VSC)

ICE home visit, schedule time to go to DHS office and NTA issued, date TBD, was not detained and released on own recognizance within an hour: January, 2015.

NOA1: Feb. 20, 2015.

Transfer to CSC to balance workloads: August 2015

1)First Master Calendar Hearing: Sept. 9, 2015-Continued based on pending i-130, new court date in 6mo.

Congressional Inquiry: Dec 8. 2015

2)Second Master Hearing: March 9, 2016- Removal proceedings terminated w/o prejudice based on approved i-130!! Remanded to USCIS to begin AOS process :dance:

Inquiry about case status: Sept 2016- Case pending interview at local office.

Inquiry about case status again: Oct. 2016- Due to factors not related to your case, anticipate a delay in processing

Did anyone get EAD/AP card without any approval notice? The case tracker keeps telling me the same ("case received"), so I'm hoping *something* will come in the mail even if it isn't showing up online......

Congrats to everyone! I'm SOOOOO over this waiting. The company I worked for in London has the main HQ here and they've been holding me a job for 2 months since I filed the papers in March! Got NOA1 on 14th March and Biometrics on 15th April. Still haven't heard about the GC or EAD. I'm afraid if I don't get an approval this week I will be losing the opportunity of a job :( not to mention I am going insane as I can't even get a social to get a bank account or driver's license! It's been over 2 months now, 5 weeks since biometrics and no word.

Getting worried as I see people with very similar timelines who have already had theirs approved weeks ago! Especially when the whole K1 process went so quick for us.

Fingers crossed I hear SOMETHING this week!

Yep, mine's at "case received" since March 22. Maybe this week will be our week!!

Yeah feeling the same - at 75 days we can submit a case inquire, if nothing else maybe that will speed them along!

Congrats to everyone! I'm SOOOOO over this waiting. The company I worked for in London has the main HQ here and they've been holding me a job for 2 months since I filed the papers in March! Got NOA1 on 14th March and Biometrics on 15th April. Still haven't heard about the GC or EAD. I'm afraid if I don't get an approval this week I will be losing the opportunity of a job :( not to mention I am going insane as I can't even get a social to get a bank account or driver's license! Why havent you requested an expedite all you have to do is call in and request it then they will ask for evidence and if you can get a letter stating when the job is to start they will expedite it for you.

You get paper notices of approval for the ead? I thought it was only electronic updates and then the card shows up one day.

Your approval was April 27, which was one day after mine - so I am ever hopeful my card is somewhere in the mail system... just seems odd to my organised brain that they don't process these things in any kind of order. You were on a regular K1 yeah? Nothing different about your process?

Heather&Kevin, I can't understand their processing "order" either. If this is of any help, my card came in a USPS Priority Mail envelope, shipped from Lee's Summit, MO. I am adjusting from B-2, not K-1. Also I didn't get any RFE's. I filed a I-130 together with the AOS, which both probably haven't been touched at all (the case tracker still shows case received and fee accepted, on March 4th). So maybe you will find it different about my process.

If you haven't received it yet, I really hope you get your combo card in the next few days.

Hubby's EAD is in production as of April 30. He has not received his card yet.

Hubby's Timeline:

January 19, 2013 - Sent I-130

January 23, 2013 - Priority DateJuly 2013 - Approved but ineligible to adjust

March 8, 2016-sent AOS packet ( I-485, I-131, I-765)

March 10 - lockbox received packet

March 17 - notifications received

March 21 - received hardcopies of NOAs

April 1 - received biometrics appointment

April 11 - Biometrics at Buena Park

May 6 - received hardcopy of I-131 approval dated May 2

May 11 - received texts/email - AP Approved, EAD card is being produced (ordered card production April 30)

May 27 - called USCIS tier 2 - service request to reproduce crooked card that was not sent

June 8 - received texts/email/update - EAD card being mailed

June 11 - received EAD/AP combo card

August 23 - Interview is scheduled for Sept. 28
