My case online still didn't change a thing, but got approval in the mail. It's annoying tho, you have still no idea when to expect the actual card (don't you have to wait for the actual card before you start working???)

It still says "case received" I don't trust the online updates anymor (ok I never did trust them... always checked mail every morning)

Met around 2011/2012 in a game (league of legends) super random, best friends ever since... grew closer as friends and desided in 2013 to try dating, flew over and we had a click =)

Our timelines are similar. Nth in mail yet for my husbands EAD/AP. Has your case been sent to your local office or did it stay at NBC?

It's great to see so much action for March filers.

52 days in, no notifications online but i got the approval of ead and ap in the mail! Ironically approved on the 5th of may (the day the netherlands celebrates freedom)...

With my (k1) visa issued on my birthday... I wonder on what kind of day i will get my greencard, independanceday? ;)

So... now Ill have to wait on my ead and ap card

Well congressman sent me an email of the approval from USCIS saying it had been approved, produced and sent in the mail. I've got a job offer so I expedited it ! You can't start work until you have the card as you need it for I-9 because the Ssn card has a dhs thing on it I've filled the rest of the hiring process out like references, personal details etc.

my EAD and AP approval came from the NBC, no idea if my AOS is send to the local office or not, I guess I would have to call to ask them that since we (or at least I) are being kept in the dark. No updates or notifications unless in the mail as surprises

Hey guys!

I just found this thread and I'm glad I did!

I've gone through this whole process back in 2012, I became a USC last year and this year

I am petitioning for my parents. The timeline is in my signature below.

I was just wondering, are parents processes dealt the same way as marriages, or does it usually take

longer?

My parents were offered two tickets to Portugal for August and I'm afraid they won't make it since Newark's local office is so backlogged and processing cases from April 8, 2015!!!

I've noticed though that most local office processing times shown on USCIS.gov must be way off, as many people

on the February thread are getting approved in less than 4 months when in reality their local offices appear to be very backlogged as well and also many are getting surprise mails of the approvals without online status change nor an interview, which is awesome, gives us some hope!!

NY Filer. Its been exactly 60 days since they received my paperwork. Did bio on Apr 5, EAD has been in production since Apr 26. No presents from the post office santa yet.

I'm here just trying not to hulk out! :)

I have been getting all online updates up until now, but from what I'm seeing, a lot of people aren't, they're just getting surprise mails, so we can't fully rely in the online tracker. Also, many from the February thread are getting their green cards without interviews, which is usually very rare.

Hi guys I haven't posted in a while but I'm getting very frustrated with waiting on EAD/AP. Today is day 70 since my AOS/EAD/AP application was received by USCIS. As some of you know, I was unable to track my EAD applications on USCIS website until April 11th.

I suspect someone there made a mistake and didn't put my EAD application in the system until April 11th even though it was received March 1st and I had my biometric on April 5th. I have noticed many people are getting their EAD/AP approved in less time than I've been waiting and I can't help but think their (USCIS) mistake has delayed my processing even though I was told over the phone that my EAD was being processed normally. I am getting so stressed out by this whole situation. I keep check the site and haven't seen any changes. :(:(

There seems to be many issues with the online tracker & status updates. Many people have been receiving their EAD/AP approval letters with nth shown online. At least you are progressing with letters in the mail. Lots of us are stalking mail carriers now. Haha

19 days after hard copy NOA and 9 days after biometrics letter and still can't check my case online :protest:

I have completely written off the case tracker and USCIS website. Instead I just stalk the mailbox now. I got EAD/AP approval 4/28 and no card yet. So frustrating. I am sorry for those of you who haven't heard anything at all. But after waiting so long and getting that letter I got so excited and thought that meant card was coming! Guess it really meant just sit and wait. Maybe we will print it and mail it someday...
