hmm..so the early morning text last May 1 probably was not a glitch after all since the I-131 approval letter we received yesterday was dated May 2. USCIS must just have sent a wrong update. We're not home yet so we're hoping we get another awesome surprise this evening in our when we get home.

Hubby's Timeline:

January 19, 2013 - Sent I-130

January 23, 2013 - Priority DateJuly 2013 - Approved but ineligible to adjust

March 8, 2016-sent AOS packet ( I-485, I-131, I-765)

March 10 - lockbox received packet

March 17 - notifications received

March 21 - received hardcopies of NOAs

April 1 - received biometrics appointment

April 11 - Biometrics at Buena Park

May 6 - received hardcopy of I-131 approval dated May 2

May 11 - received texts/email - AP Approved, EAD card is being produced (ordered card production April 30)

May 27 - called USCIS tier 2 - service request to reproduce crooked card that was not sent

June 8 - received texts/email/update - EAD card being mailed

June 11 - received EAD/AP combo card

August 23 - Interview is scheduled for Sept. 28

Sept 28 - AOS approved

Today when checking the processing times of NBC, EAD went to "december 13, 2015" instead of "3 months"...

I think (hope) they only have some update problems and thats it

Met around 2011/2012 in a game (league of legends) super random, best friends ever since... grew closer as friends and desided in 2013 to try dating, flew over and we had a click =)

Silly is one way to describe USCIS I think we can all come up with more descriptive words for them haha ?????

Maybe it should be an entry topic into the games while you wait forum!

Day 41 here, and so far no updates on the tracker since case received....I swear I'm probably going to be one of those people who doesn't get a single update before case approved!! (Even though I am checking it 5000 times a day! lol) Getting super impatient about the EAD, though! How is everyone else doing?

Day 53 since case received, no update on the tracker either. Really need the EAD, Ive a job waiting and I really need to work, for sanity sake, ha!

Day 46 (I think...). No updates, no mail, no nothing. Trying to keep busy and not think about it... which doesn't work!!!!

2016 AOS from F1
3/21: package received by USCIS

3/29: email/text NOAs

4/1: hard copy NOAs

4/8: bio appointment letter

4/18: biometrics completed

5/11: status update, "ready to be scheduled for interview"

6/3: submitted service request for EAD
6/18: submitted online change of address (AR-11)

6/20: service request response, "your case is currently under review"

6/21: interview scheduled for July 26 (online update)

6/23: hard copy interview notice

6/24: EAD/AP approved, "new card ordered"
6/28: EAD mailed to me
6/30: EAD/AP card delivered

It has been 12 days since we sent our RFE response. Haven't gotten any updates about it being recieved. Even called Uscis and spoke to a tier 3 and they haven't gotten it yet.

I'm starting to get upset. Lawyer seems to think it's no big deal but to me it is. I just want to know the effing documents arrived.

**Adjusting from initial Q1/changed to B1 then overstay, termination of removal proceedings**

(STAND ALONE i-130/TERMINATION OF REMOVAL)

First met: Totally random by asking for directions, June 2014 while on vacation at Disney World (L)

Engaged: Aug. 21, 2014

Married: Dec. 1, 2014

ICE phone contact: sometime in early Dec. 2014- Co-operated, retained attorney who advised the same.

Filed stand alone i-130: January 2015 (VSC)

ICE home visit, schedule time to go to DHS office and NTA issued, date TBD, was not detained and released on own recognizance within an hour: January, 2015.

NOA1: Feb. 20, 2015.

Transfer to CSC to balance workloads: August 2015

1)First Master Calendar Hearing: Sept. 9, 2015-Continued based on pending i-130, new court date in 6mo.

Congressional Inquiry: Dec 8. 2015

***i-130 APPROVED WITHOUT INTERVIEW: Dec. 21, 2015** :dancing:

2)Second Master Hearing: March 9, 2016- Removal proceedings terminated w/o prejudice based on approved i-130!! Remanded to USCIS to begin AOS process :dance:

Biometrics: April 20, 2016.

Inquiry about case status again: Oct. 2016- Due to factors not related to your case, anticipate a delay in processing

52 days in, no notifications online but i got the approval of ead and ap in the mail! Ironically approved on the 5th of may (the day the netherlands celebrates freedom)...

With my (k1) visa issued on my birthday... I wonder on what kind of day i will get my greencard, independanceday? ;)

So... now Ill have to wait on my ead and ap card
