This is our RFE

I had a co sponsor but on the letter they do not specified if is my info or the co sponsor ..im guessing is the co sponsor because i have 3 kids so my household size is 5 including my husband but my co sponsor its just him and my husband

Should i send 2 pages 4

1 for me

1 for my co sponsor

Or what to do???

They state that a household of 0 or 1 its not acceptable

Do you have a copy of the affidavit of support form that you had sent? Then you could look and see what it was calculated. When I filled it out, from the computer, I had a heck-of-a time getting it to calculate the household size correctly. it says the "sponsor/petitioner I-864" and not I-864a. When I read that, I interpret it to mean your form and not the cosponsor's form.

It says at the bottom to fill out page 4 of the I-864 form. Again, not the I-864a which is for co-sponsors

Anyone else have thoughts on this?

Would it not be 2? As you said your co sponsor plus your husband that's 2 people. I could be wrong I got confused with the whole of the affidavit support forms haha took 3 of us to work each part out. Surprised my RFE wasn't for the support form.

Did you put household size 5 on your i864? Then you don't have to send again. And for the co-sponsor it will be 2 if your co-sponsor is not married or dont have any kids.

I had to spend a lot of time making all this right, as did everything by myself.

Yes i did put 5 on mines

And he put 2 on his

But since the letter says petitioner/sponsor maybe is regarding to mines

You'll still have to send it in order to get your case moving again so it's not stuck on the RFE. Refill out page 4 of the I-864 form according what that USCIS document says, making sure the household number is correct (Even though it sounds like it already was)

I have not checked the mail yet but our case status changed to this:

In all of our 4 other cases we have never gotten a delivery notification like this. I am happy about it but just haven't seen it before

Yes...I got the same msg for my EAD/Ap combo card. My card was sitting in the mail box when i checked.

I've been completing my timeline on VJ and it's not giving me much information apart from estimated EAD date. Does it estimate interview date or GC date? If so, what info do you need to enter?

I still haven't gotten my rfe since I saw the status on USCIS page on my i485 April 11th.I even spoke to a customer service representative on service request because it is more than 15 days and when I checked yesterday the SR status it says ur rfe inquiry that u submitted is not yet assigned for processing. Am really running out of patience.
