It seems that things move pretty quickly for people adjusting from K1... is this really the case, or am I just being impatient? ha.

Anyone else adjusting from F1 (like me)?

I am adjusting from F1 like u. Hope things move little fast for us.

March 17th, 2016: Filled i130, i485, i765

March 18th,2016: Delivered USCIS Chicago

March 23rd,2016: Received 3 text/email with receipt #

March 24th,2016: checks cashed

Didn't receive NOA hard copy receipts in mail(not a problem,if you receive text or email)

April 8th,2016: received bio metrics for i-485 and i-765

April 14th,2016: Early walk in for bio-metrics Appointment (actual date was 18th april)

May 2nd, 2016: Received RFE for Joint Sponsor

May24th, 2016: Sent RFE back to USCIS

May 27th,2016: RFE received by USCIS

June 3rd, 2016: Request to Expedite EAD

June 6th,2016: EAD Approved

June 15th,2016: EAD received in mail

June 15th, 2016: Case status changed for i-485( case is ready to schedule to schedule for a interview)

June 23rd, 2016: Interview is scheduled for August 1st,2016.

August 1st, 2016: Got approved on GC interview

Auugust 1st 2016: case status changed for i-485 (case approved & we send you card to production)

August 4th, 2016: status changed "Card mailed to me"

Got my notice to bring i-693 to interview, I hadn't sent it with the application. I'm so happy we didn't get an Rfe for it. Please God my Ead isn't far off, I need to work.

Ohhh this thing seems to be crawling!! I just feel K1 moves faster cause the documents are already verified and the process is more stern and hence when it transitions to AOS takes that much lesser time most of them and their marriage seems less likely to have raised eyebrows due to the sheer time....

I am adjusting my status from F-1 too...

25th March'2016- Sent out the application via UPS to Chicago.

29th March'2016- Package received. (day1)

4th April'2016- Received 4 Text SMSs and 4 E-mails from the USCIS notifying my case has been received and routed to National Benefits Center for Processing. (day 6)

5th April'2016- Checks have been cashed. (day 7)

7th April'2016- NOA received in mail . (day 9)

2nd May'2016- Received Biometric Appointment Letter(day 33)

5th May'2016- Walked In 8;30am for early Biometric Appointment( In and out in 12 minutes)(day 36)

12th May'2016- Biometric Appointment Schedule

24th May'2016- Received RFE for Form I864( Tax Returns, Pay Stubs)(day 55)

26th May'2016- Sent out the evidence for RFE (day 57)

1st June'2016- Received notification that the RFE package was received. Case status website updated (day 56)

Our NOA is the same as yours. We got a letter too, but saying if we got an interview to bring the medical and if we got a waiver for interview we would get an RFE. My husband did the medical in Jamaica. Ugh. Now we need to pay again for it. Keep me posted on your progress. ?

Well... I have a K1, and my status hasn't changed ever since NOA1, that things have been received. I hope mine goes as quick... I am super impatient haha

Met around 2011/2012 in a game (league of legends) super random, best friends ever since... grew closer as friends and desided in 2013 to try dating, flew over and we had a click =)

I got my AP approved the same day as the EAD was updated to "being produced". The electronic notifications are really slow for some reason.

I thought that the applications would progress slower for me because I am not on the K-1. I am adjusting from B-2 and it seems that it hasn't impacted my AP/EAD application at all.

Something weird to note about my USCIS account. I got a text message letting us know about a status change on the EAD today but I kept checking throughout the day and the last status update was 2 days ago still. No email, only a text. It had me worried as the status update 2 days ago was that the card was mailed.
