Hey all just got a notification that the "green card is being produced"! Yay! PTL!

Congrats!! That is so exciting!

Just wondering, did you send evidence of your relationship with your packet? Most of the people that I have read about getting their interview skipped said that they did, but some didn't so I was just wondering. Thanks!

Thank you very much, we are quite elated!

I didn't have much. Someone had told me here on the forum as I was putting stuff together that evidence does diddly-squat, so I stopped gathering stuff and I sent what I had which was:

Apartment lease with our names

Internet bill with our names

Account signature cards with our names (no statements were available at the time)

Docs showing his name as a beneficiary on my dental insurance and health insurance

His name on my car insurance (listed as an excluded driver since he has no state-issued ID)

Since then he's been added on the electric bill and my car title (well...our car now lol), he's received his dental and health benefit cards, credit card, and we have several pieces of mail with both our names on it showing the shared address (was preparing to show all that at the interview),

Has any other March K1 AOS filers gotten a notice of action for their medical form? Even when you submitted the DS3025? Unpredicability is a definite with the USCIS

Thank you for responding so quickly.

I was worried it wasn't going to help us much, but I sent it in anyway because our situation was so much different than most people.

My husband came here illegally when he was 8 (I have been reluctant to say that here since I have seen many negative responses to other people admitting that fact in forums), and as a result of DACA, he was paroled back into the country this year when he went to see a sick relative. Since we have been married for 4 years this year, I sent everything anyway. Medical, dental, vision, life, car and renters insurance showing him on it since 2012, leases since 2012, car registrations and our 3 kids birth certificates, as well as relationship photos dating back to when we were 14 and 15 yrs old through now.

I was hoping that this might get us through the process without an interview, and seeing that you did gives me a little bit of extra hope. Especially because your timeline is very close to our. We are only 4 days apart on submission date and 2 days apart on Bio appointments. :)

Hey no problem. I literally look at this forum all day...so slow where I work. Yeah some people can be quite mean here.

Wow, I would think with all that your interview would be waived. Then again, I'm no immigrations officer. Even if you DO get an interview, I can't imagine them having any reason for NOT approving you for a GC

Hi there! We have really similar timelines. I'm interested to find out what happens next for each of us! I'll keep my fingers crossed for your case.

Thank you so much, let's hope we all hear good news in the coming weeks? Really is pot luck on on timescales. All depends on the office and quite possibly which immigration officer sees your papers!

Nope, still nothing, nothing at all.. NOS1 03/18, biometrics done... and silence, plain silence ><

And I am pretty sure I will get an RFE for the affidavit (as I said somewere before), I wish I had it already... The waiting is driving me crazy

But I desided that the greencard can take a while, I am training and working on myself right now, just want that work permit to get some money to pay back the wedding rings and buy my dress!!! (since we have the big ceremony in a year, I want it big, and saving isn't easy when in a k1+greencard process haha)

Just

waiting.... and waiting... and just waiting a little more...

Met around 2011/2012 in a game (league of legends) super random, best friends ever since... grew closer as friends and desided in 2013 to try dating, flew over and we had a click =)

yes, lots of meanies and downright nasty here (esp if they see the word "overstay", but a lot are also helpful like Hypnos for one). Everyone has their own unique immigration journey, some may have easier roads, and some like us, have also waited a long time and are still waiting. Good luck to all of us.

Hi friends!

I just got my AP letter in the mail (I-5121). It looks like I ca use this document to travel back and forth. But now I'm wondering when my combo card comes? I was really expecting a card...? Does anyone have any insight?

You will NOT be getting a combo card since you received an AP letter. You would only receive an EAD card. Some people get the combo card EAD/AP while some get an EAD card and an AP letter.

Got our RFE hard copy today, they are requesting his birth cert and translation, and i94 proof.

Thing is, we sent them all. Lawyer thinks they got misplaced or out copies were not clear enough. Sigh of relief, it's nothing huge!
