Thank you! I wonder too. It's been quite fast since I began, and it's quite surprising for me. I guess I'm lucky.

I can imagine the wait, and it's not easy. I know your hubby will be hearing back very, very soon, and I'm more than confident things will work well in his favor.

Goodluck, brother. I am here on F1 too and this is my final semester. You'll be fine, I promise. One G-1145 would have been fine for all the applications, rather than one for each form you filed. Anyway, you'll be fine; if you didn't have any glitch in the applications filed. Goodluck once again.

Hey everyone!

I want to share my experience with a successful early walk-in biometrics at the Varick St Office in Manhattan, NY.

I received my biometrics appointment letter today around 2:20pm. Because I have a job offer and am trying to expedite my EAD with USCIS, I went to the Application Support Center (ASC) a few minutes later and got there at 3:10pm. There was almost no one there and the staff was very friendly. I tried to explain why I came earlier for my biometrics appointment, but they seemed not to care much about my reasons (in a good way, haha). They gave me a form to fill, checked my documents and everything went very smoothly - thank God!

I also added my experience in this thread called "Thinking of early walk-in for biometrics?", there you can find experiences from people in different states!

This website has helped me a lot and I hope this post helps some of you as well! :)

My AOS timeline:

03/04/16 (day 00) - I-130, I-485, I-765 mailed to USCIS Chicago Lockbox
03/07/16 (day 03) - package received by USCIS
03/14/16 (day 10) - 1st NOA (emails & texts) on I-130, I-485, and I-765
03/21/16 (day 17) - status showed up in "Case Tracker" App (I-765 and I-130 were received on 3/8 and I-485 fingerprint fee was received on 3/11)

03/24/16 (day 20) - received hard copies of 1st NOA I-130/I-485/I-765 by mail
04/01/16 (day 28) - received biometrics appointment letter
04/01/16 (day 28) - early biometrics walk-in in Manhattan, NY at 3PM: successful!

Makes me nervous seeing everyone getting their hard copies. Still waiting after receiving emails on the 21st. 9 business days now. Maybe we will get the bio date included. Trying to think positively. Any input?
