Hey Guys,

I've submitted my AOS package (485 and EAD) to Nebraska center and was received on 2/29, i received my hard copy notice in mail on 3/10 with a USCIS receipt date of 3/7, till date am still waiting for my biometrics hard copy notice but i did not receive it. my question is when i should start to freak out? :), i 've seen many posts for fingerprint notice received within a week or two after hard copies are received, should i submit an inquiry about my case asking for this fingerprint notice?

March 1st,2016: AOS package arrived at Chicago Lockbox [Day 1]

March 7th, 2016: Received NOA1 E-Notification by Email Only ( All 3 forms) [Day 7]

March 12th,2016: Hardcopy NOA1 received by mail [Day 12]

March 14th,2016: Able to check I-485 and I- 131 case status on USCIS website BUT NOT I-765 [Day 14]

Still no sign of the noa's, but lawyer assured us a copy goes to her as well and they contact us to be safe when they get theirs.

There is no number to call the ASCs. Best you can do is try to a walk-in. Some have had success, depending on the field office location. Just know that if you're successful with a walk-in, it's not likely to expedite anything with case processing.

Was so excited to to go to the mailbox today after so many of you all get your bio appointments today! But nothing. Maybe tomorrow. I just can't wait for my husband to finally get through with all of this so he can feel some sense of permanency. He overstayed his visitors visa and really can't move forward with his life until every thing is resolved. I am so excited for him. Does that make sense?

Hey EK, to which service center your package was sent? I have the same timeline as yours and mine is Nebraska center but I didn't receive any biometrics notice till today.

I just Received one text from USCIS :D I din't know what form it is from. But the receipt number starts with MSC.

So 5 days since USCIS got my files.

I have a B2 Visa and married a USC.

So 5 days since USCIS got my files.

Nothing yet. I called USPS today to make sure that I got the correct PO Box. Hopefully I will hear from them on Monday. Otherwise, I would call them and ask.
