Yes, his biometrics was in Providence this morning. I believe our field office is still Boston however, that technically is the closest one but not sure, would that be on one of these documents we received?

Ye its the first one :) ill follow your process cuz i expect mine to be the same ^^ i live near providence tho (you will see, ill get send to boston ><)

Met around 2011/2012 in a game (league of legends) super random, best friends ever since... grew closer as friends and desided in 2013 to try dating, flew over and we had a click =)

(Day 086) 06/08/16 - EAD Mailed to me

(Day 088) 06/10/16 - GC Mailed to me

(Day 089) 06/11/16 - EAD & AP combocard received (It still came eventho it's useless since AOS approval)

Another miracle! Case update just came through stating his I-485 is approved ??? No interview.

Hey guys, still wondering if my husband needs an arrival/departure record? Form I-94? I'm not sure what it is, but I don't see that he has one. ???

Anybody got biometrics notice yet after receiving receipt because it seem most of us that filed by March got receipt mailed to us on the 14th.And am I the only person whose case is been processed at NBC instead of USCIS local office?

Yeah they do .it all process there then if a interview is needed it goes to the local office we just have to keep our fingers cross. Good luck.

Just got the email and text notification from USCIS with receipt #. It said routed to National benefits center. do they send everyone's case to NBC?

File sent: 3/17/2016

File received: 3/18/2016

March 17th, 2016: Filled i130, i485, i765

March 18th,2016: Delivered USCIS Chicago

March 23rd,2016: Received 3 text/email with receipt #

March 24th,2016: checks cashed

Didn't receive NOA hard copy receipts in mail(not a problem,if you receive text or email)

April 8th,2016: received bio metrics for i-485 and i-765

April 14th,2016: Early walk in for bio-metrics Appointment (actual date was 18th april)

May 2nd, 2016: Received RFE for Joint Sponsor

May24th, 2016: Sent RFE back to USCIS

May 27th,2016: RFE received by USCIS

June 3rd, 2016: Request to Expedite EAD

June 6th,2016: EAD Approved

June 15th,2016: EAD received in mail

June 15th, 2016: Case status changed for i-485( case is ready to schedule to schedule for a interview)

June 23rd, 2016: Interview is scheduled for August 1st,2016.

August 1st, 2016: Got approved on GC interview

Auugust 1st 2016: case status changed for i-485 (case approved & we send you card to production)

Mailed on 3/15, still nothing. Anddddd the uscis customer service rep couldn't seem to wrap her brain around why I was calling and what for, despite me explaining that I wanted to see if she could find our stuff. Said she can't look anyone up, not even using his A number.

Whatever. I'll keep waiting, it's 10 calendar days today.

**Adjusting from initial Q1/changed to B1 then overstay, termination of removal proceedings**

First met: Totally random by asking for directions, June 2014 while on vacation at Disney World (L)

Engaged: Aug. 21, 2014

Married: Dec. 1, 2014

ICE phone contact: sometime in early Dec. 2014- Co-operated, retained attorney who advised the same.

Filed stand alone i-130: January 2015 (VSC)

ICE home visit, schedule time to go to DHS office and NTA issued, date TBD, was not detained and released on own recognizance within an hour: January, 2015.

NOA1: Feb. 20, 2015.

Transfer to CSC to balance workloads: August 2015

1)First Master Calendar Hearing: Sept. 9, 2015-Continued based on pending i-130, new court date in 6mo.

Congressional Inquiry: Dec 8. 2015

***i-130 APPROVED WITHOUT INTERVIEW: Dec. 21, 2015** :dancing:

2)Second Master Hearing: March 9, 2016- Removal proceedings terminated w/o prejudice based on approved i-130!! Remanded to USCIS to begin AOS process :dance:

Inquiry about case status: Sept 2016- Case pending interview at local office.

Inquiry about case status again: Oct. 2016- Due to factors not related to your case, anticipate a delay in processing

Still waiting for our Bio letter as well. and our was received the 4th. I just hope they give me enough time between the letter and the apointment to get time off of work to go with him
