I'm literally tweaking because I want the noa now, so impatient.

Would that be 10 days from the packet being received or ten from mailing?

I don't think our lawyer did the form that enables text or email notification; didn't for the i130 and we just had to sweat for like three weeks waiting on a hard copy.

My husband has his biometrics appointment tomorrow! It's in another state which is weird but we are here in New England and use to being lumped together with surrounding states lol

The total amount of days from the date I mailed in our K1 Visa application to the day my fiancé stepped foot into the USA:

1 year, 3 months and 8 days.

The amount of days from the date we mailed in our AOS to the date everything was approved (after 3 RFEs):

7 months & 5 days

Which makes our journey a total of:

2 years, 3 months, and 8 days

Hi! I read in one of the forums that if you have a job offer you can contact USCIS (by phone) to expedite your card. They will ask you to send them proof of the job offer and you will need to select on what basis you are requesting to expedite your EAD (https://www.uscis.gov/forms/expedite-criteria).

My AOS timeline:

03/04/16 (day 00) - I-130, I-485, I-765 mailed to USCIS Chicago Lockbox
03/07/16 (day 03) - package received by USCIS
03/14/16 (day 10) - 1st NOA (emails & texts) on I-130, I-485, and I-765
03/21/16 (day 17) - status showed up in "Case Tracker" App (I-765 and I-130 were received on 3/8 and I-485 fingerprint fee was received on 3/11)

03/24/16 (day 20) - received hard copies of 1st NOA I-130/I-485/I-765 by mail
04/01/16 (day 28) - received biometrics appointment letter
04/01/16 (day 28) - early biometrics walk-in in Manhattan, NY at 3PM: successful!

I actually sent the form requesting the electronic notifications, but I didn't receive any text or e-mail.

I received my NOA hard copies 15 calendar days after sending them off.

Try not to over worry about it, you even have an attorney to back you up on this. I hope you hear something soon!

Yes, his biometrics was in Providence this morning. I believe our field office is still Boston however, that technically is the closest one but not sure, would that be on one of these documents we received?
