We are still waiting for the Green Card interview date - but we're in Las Vegas and they are taking 6-7 months to get to them I think. So am expecting the date to come through soon for an October interview.

Finally received our permanent resident card. It's been a long 11 year journey (Previously denied thru folks, nta etc etc). But God has seen us through. Relieved that i won't be separated from my wife & son mostly. God is amazing.

Timeline: Took 6 months for both ead and GC.

Anyone from Long Island/NYC heard anything about an interview?

New York City here. Nothing yet. My status has not changed since May. At least I have the EAD/AP, but as everybody else, I just want this process to end. Fortunately, I've been married for more that two years, so my GC will be for 10 years.

Well just received an e-mail from one of our legal team and we have an interview date of September 26th :) Can't believe it :)

If you are expecting an interview date soon, hope you get it very soon, the wait is not easy.

what's your RFE asking for?

We also received an RFE asking for tax documents but we just got a mail and there's no update on USCIS website yet.

We are still waiting for the RFE to come in the mail, they according to the website it was mailed on August 31, 2016. I called the USCIS today to see when it was mailed, I was told to wait 15 business days and give them a call back.

  •  We stayed 6 days at the Kemael Hotel Tabarre 58, Rue C. Sylvain #4 Tabarre Haiti $80.00USD per night. It is off Boulevard 15 Octobre

  • As of November 3, 2016 We received an email in regards to not receiving in the mail the Request for Evidence (RFE) , come to find out they really didn't need any additional information. So now the have to wait another 120 more days before we can get an interview or approval. This is some BS.
  • As of February 7, 2017, We received in the mail Interview Date for AOS on March 20, 2017

My I-485 was approved today. Interview was pretty short. I'm so happy!!!! :dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing: .

Congrats!! Did you hear anything about approval on I-130?

Just curious if I should expect that before hearing anything on the I-485.

NYC-Queens here. No news and if you checked processing times that was released on the 15th ( for cases as of July 30), it barely moveddd!!!!!! Ugh No choice but to be very patient.

My interview has been scheduled! Finally.....so so relieved that it is finally moving on. Every morning I check the USCIS app and luckily today it took a little longer to update and there it was "interview is scheduled"

So excited now for October 21st :)
