We're St Paul, MN office, I'm hoping the interview is after mid October now as that's our 2nd anniversary, it'd be nice to get the 10yr green card. But on the other hand I just want it done and over :)

PaddyGirl, we should stay in touch. My husband and I are also mid-March filers (March 11 PD) with St. Paul as our local USCIS office. According to the online processing times, it does look like we're in for a 7+ month wait under "normal" processing times. Le sigh. Our online status has been stuck at "your fingerprint fee has been received" since early April...but I've heard that several others who had that status for several months received their GCs in the mail without interview. Fingers crossed...

Yes they are...

I looked at the AOS statistics for San Francisco office yesterday (here on VJ) and saw that someone has an interview scheduled for the end of September. That person filed for AOS in December 2015.

Your situation is almost identical to myself, process starting to get really frustrating now though, given that timeframe from interview to interview a date is almost a month, really hoping to get home by the start of October.

Our field office is in Santa Ana, CA , and the website says it is processing I-485s as of Nov 17, 2015.

We filed early March this year and our interview has already been set for September 28. So the processing times are not always on point.

Hubby's Timeline:

January 19, 2013 - Sent I-130

January 23, 2013 - Priority DateJuly 2013 - Approved but ineligible to adjust

March 8, 2016-sent AOS packet ( I-485, I-131, I-765)

March 10 - lockbox received packet

March 17 - notifications received

March 21 - received hardcopies of NOAs

April 1 - received biometrics appointment

April 11 - Biometrics at Buena Park

May 6 - received hardcopy of I-131 approval dated May 2

May 11 - received texts/email - AP Approved, EAD card is being produced (ordered card production April 30)

May 27 - called USCIS tier 2 - service request to reproduce crooked card that was not sent

June 8 - received texts/email/update - EAD card being mailed

June 11 - received EAD/AP combo card

August 23 - Interview is scheduled for Sept. 28

Sept 28 - AOS approved

Took almost 6 months to get my work permit (Filed march, ead August). Had interview end of august and approved on spot. They never asked for anything.Said everything they needed was on file. I guess front loading the application works. God is amazing.

EDIT: I should mention that my case was a little more complicated than the typical one. Just glad i'm not separated from my family here. Gave my wife, lawyer and IO a big hug lol

I'm with Saint Paul also filed March 12 2016 and received RFE in April and sent it back ASAP it's been stuck on RFE response received since April 26th I contacted the congressman and they told me hopefully September or October but that's still early so who knows haha

Then interview August 30. Approved on spot. No update on the uscis still march

Anyone else in Orange County, California ? Haven't heard anything since fingerprints...

Same field office. We got our interview notice thru text/email last Aug 23 and interview is on Sept 28. You will most likely get yours really soon,since we filed also about the same date as you, or if your adjusting thru K-1, you probably will just receive your GC automatically just like most here.

Hubby's Timeline:

We finally got an electronic notification of approval last night. We'd made an InfoPass for today, but were happy to cancel. If we don't receive the letter by next week, we'll make another InfoPass. I wish we would've made an appointment sooner, since this seemed to have triggered a delayed action, but we were alternately out of town for a few weeks. I'll be glad when her card is in hand, so we can relax for a bit with all of this.

09/14/2015: NOA2 received
09/30/2015: NVC received case
10/02/2015: CEAC status changed to "In Transit"

10/19/2015: Received information from Consulate.
