Hi guys, does anyone know if the AP is part of the EAD card of if it is a separate document. After looking at different timelines, I noticed that both always seem to be approved together.

The USCIS website allows you to see history if you create an account and add your numbers.

I finally sent my husband AOS off yesterday!!!!! Now let the wait begin.

My package was received on 3/10 and I still havent heard anything. The check hasnt even been cashed yet. I am afraid they send it all back saying it is the wrong amount :/

I am bored at home too, cannot even go shopping without having an income we are not allowed to have dogs in our apartment, that would be fantastic though

I feel ur pain, were I am living is pretty much a middle of nowheresville were I can't go anywhere that is walking distance cause I don't have my license to drive and even if I go fo just a walk there is wolves ,deers etc so walking alone while my husband is at work is out of the question, so I am pretty much stuck in the house doing nothing but binge watching tv lol , I already organized this whole entire house and nothing else to do lol , I can't even go see my family and they are just in Canada I think it's crazy how they won't allow us to go visit family till we get the AP, I missed so many things cause of it like weddings, funerals etc

I know ppl have it worse then me were there families are in a whole diff contenant , it's just hard feeling helpless like I am not contributing to anything

Just received my Biometrics interview by mail date for March 30

Hubby sent his packet last week, March 8 and got text messages and email last night, March 17 @ 8:44 PM. Check was cashed March 16.

He got 3 messages, presumably for the 1-485, 1-131 and 1-765.

Emails say the hard copies will be mailed in 7-10 days, and to check the status of the application only when the papers are received. He did try to check the cases notwithstanding, and only got error messages haha!

I think patience is the best thing to do and enjoy your time off! My application was received on 03/04 and still no NOA yet...

Since i cant edit again ill quote...

I am wondering if all cases go to the nbc and get send to local offices, or what is going to happen since my mail says its send to the nbc...and i didnt see any progress times for the adjustment of status...

I also sent 6 passport photos (2 for each form). Don't forget to write the name and A-number on the back of the photos.

Getting these passport photos can get expensive, with some places charging like $15 for 2 photos. I found that Costco had 4 photos for $5, and they printed them while I was shopping. I am not sure if you need to be a member to use the photo center, but that might be worth checking.
