Everybody saying San Antonio is 5 months behind,I really think they do some random pick out because if not my interview won't be scheduled for August 24th at San Antonio.

Just received my GC today. Thank you for this past months it was a good wait. Looking to do some great things take care all.

We interviewed on the same date as you, in Baltimore. Hopefully, we'll receive some notice soon.

10/02/2015: CEAC status changed to "In Transit"

10/09/2015: Consulate acknowledged receipt via phone; Hardcopy from US DoS with case number.
10/19/2015: Received information from Consulate.
10/28/2015: Medical Exam
11/17/2015: Interview...rescheduled due to computer problems. New date as yet unknown.
11/18/2015: Called in for interview and APPROVED!

11/24/2015: Picked up visa/passport and sealed packet from the Consulate! <happy dance>

02/14/2016: Arrived in the U.S. (POE was Bermuda)...CO was really nice!

Hello everyone,

Does anyone here have the same situation of mine?

I recieved my EAD (with AP)and GC June 19. But my EAD name is incorrect. So I sent it back to USCIS. And then they mail me for biometric schedule again. My question is for what? I mean,I've done with biometric already..

Hello everyone,

If you've received your green card EAD isn't needed anymore.

Next week i will make my first trip with my greencard... bit nervous since i will miss my husband for 2 months! But im happy to see family again, helpout my grandma while my husband is gone for training ^^

I hope all goes well when re-entering ^^

Met around 2011/2012 in a game (league of legends) super random, best friends ever since... grew closer as friends and desided in 2013 to try dating, flew over and we had a click =)

Hello friends! I just wanted to provide an update for you guys!!! I was doing AOS from F1 Visa

Married November 17, 2015

Sent package on March 30, 2016
Package received: March 31, 2016

Received Text: Aprill 7, 2016
Received NOA in Mail: April 14th, 2016
Biometrics Appointment: May 10, 2016
Walk-in Biometrics: May 9 (I had proof of a flight to visit my mom for mother's day to explain why i couldn't attend the scheduled appointment)
Interiview Scheduled Text: June 8, 2016
NOA Interview in Mail: June 16, 2016 (I was on vacation for a week so it could've arrived sooner)

**I submited a Service Request on day 77 of my i765 being submitted

I765 Approval Message: June 29, 2016
i765 Card Ordered: June 30
i765 Card Mailed: July 1
i765 Received: July 6

Interview was at 10:15 in Philadelphia. We drove there the night before and stayed at a hotel near the USCIS office. We arrived 15 minutes early and we're called in at around 10:20. Our officer was kind, and was very quick to shuffle through the paperwork. He asked biographical questions (birthdate, place of birth, SSN). Asked how we met, and if i graduated from school. He then said he was pleased with what he saw, and asked if we had anything else to show him. We showed him our album. He said he was 100% recommending us for approval and would take the paperwork to his supervisor for final approval. Interview lasted about ten minutes.

We did not receive an approval text immediately. Our interview was on a Thursday (07/14), and we received approval text/email on Monday (07/18). The last update we have is that i485 has been approved and card production has been ordered.

We are very excited!!!!!! If anyone has any further questions, please feel free to message me. I also have photos of our files we went into the interview with.

AOS Package Sent: March 30, 2016

NOA Received by Mail: April 7, 2016

Biometrics Appointment: May 10, 2016

My I-130 status still shows "Case was received on March 04", and we are getting close to the 5 month processing time, so I was wondering if I'm the only one in this situation.

They received my case March 8 and my online status is still on "case was received "

Hi still waiting for GC. Got RFE for form I-485 due to some needed info for my taxes and co-sponsors W2s. After I replied RFE on 04/26/16 received approval for EAD and AP on 05/05/16. Now patiently waiting for GC. NOA2 date is 03/17/16. Online status says RFE received and in review........sorry for those still waiting for their EAD or AP.

I just have a quick question. My wife file for her adjustment of status back in March. In May we received a request for more information. Had to send some tax stuff to them. Anyway, she got her employment card in June which was good. Now to the part I have a question about. Last week we received a receipt saying "Congratulations. Your permanent resident card has been approved." It went into detail about how she would have to reapply in two years.

So is this it? Did she get approved for her green card. We were under the impression that we would need to go into an interview before she would get the card.
