We have almost the same timeline.

Fingers crossed for you...I will update as soon as anything changes. At the moment AOS still says 'we received your fingerprint fee...' with the date of March 17th! I think if I'm not mistaken though that your AOS is in the hands on your local USCIS office rather than the NBC. My local USCIS office is in Kendall, Miami and according to the USCIS processing times it's currently taking them 4 months to process i-485's. This means I should hear something in around 2 weeks so we'll see if their processing times are accurate.

Have you checked your local office's current processing times?

Anybody's field office Washington DC?

Our NOA date is March 16, we received EAD on May 16 and still awaiting for any movement on I 485.

Thank you so much. Yes, you're right. My field office is San Antonio, TX. and it's taking them 5 1/2 months to process AOS. It just worries me that it hasn't changed to "ready to schedule an interview" or something. Hopefully they just approve it without it. Is it too much to ask? lol

Hope we all get news soon, we have been waiting for 4 months now

Hi everyone, I havent been here for a while cause it has been such a busy time. We had our wedding celebration last week and now I can say I am officially a wife :D

So what is happening here? Are people starting to receive their greencards?

I have not heard anything yet but I also know that San Francisco takes a long long time.

With my original application, I did not apply for a travel document because I didnt have any international trips planned. We are now trying to go on a honeymoon trip in December. I hopefully will have the greencard by then but should I apply for the travel document, just in case?

Hey everyone!

Here is my current situation - I am wondering if there is any action I could or should be taking at this point.

I sent my I485 plus both other applications on Feb 29, my receipt notice was on March 10.

My EAD and advance parole were approved April 25. The card came soon after.

I have been working for the last month and not really been thinking too much about my i485, but now I am starting to get a little worried, My USCIS case tracker status has not changed from "Fingerprint fee was received" on March 9.

Should I be concerned? I suppose the time frame is 6 months and that is not until September 10th for me.

My k1 process was pretty straightforward. Only hiccup was after I was approved at my consulate interview, I waited a month for my passport to be returned with my Visa. A n immigration lawyer I consulted with occasionally suspected that this was because my father was born in a middle eastern country and they were probably conducting more extensive background checks.

My question is: should I be concerned at this oint that there has been so little movement on my i485 status? If so, what action can I take to chase up with it?

I guess it is because of the San Francisco office....So many companies here that apply for international workers etc (work visa, greencards, etc). I guess they are just super busy :/

I see you're from Austin, TX, so your field office should be San Antonio, right?

I applied in the first week of March, I guess I should be hearing from them soon...

Just wondering, did you get any update online, or just the letter in the mail?

Maybe they are all melting in the Texas heat right now.

WOW, really, maybe it actually opened up just a few days ago and that's why Festinoh got his letter.

I'm really anxious about this right now, we should be getting news any time, it's killing me

I'm an NY filer (thorough marriage). I filed in early March and had my AOS interview June 1st, got my green card June 8th and have been working ever since. Let me know if you have any questions! My interview was in Buffalo!
