Just got this notification for AP, anyone have any idea what it means? What further info could they require for AP?

I had earlier gotten notification the EAD & AP were approved.

Aaaand... my combo card was in the mail today! Soooo happy and relieved :) I hope everyone else gets their soon too.

Congrats!!

but this got us worried, since our update yesterday says card was requested for production April 30. I checked yours was May 4,and you received yours today.

Hopefully we get in the mailbox today, otherwise we'll be worrying it might have been sent somewhere hehe :)

January 23, 2013 - Priority DateJuly 2013 - Approved but ineligible to adjust

March 8, 2016-sent AOS packet ( I-485, I-131, I-765)

March 10 - lockbox received packet

March 17 - notifications received

March 21 - received hardcopies of NOAs

April 1 - received biometrics appointment

April 11 - Biometrics at Buena Park

May 6 - received hardcopy of I-131 approval dated May 2

May 11 - received texts/email - AP Approved, EAD card is being produced (ordered card production April 30)

May 27 - called USCIS tier 2 - service request to reproduce crooked card that was not sent

June 8 - received texts/email/update - EAD card being mailed

June 11 - received EAD/AP combo card

August 23 - Interview is scheduled for Sept. 28

Sept 28 - AOS approved

I swear, I think this upcoming election and insanity that could happen is driving the approvals without interviews in a way.

I know!! I'm currently applying for my parents AOS, but back when I did mine 3 years ago, not one case on our thread was approved without an interview, now it seems like most cases are being approved without one, how strange yet so awesome!! It must be that they're giving priority to interviewing naturalization applicants rather than AOS applicants!

My AOS:

Jul. 17, 2012: Sent package

Aug. 28, 2012: Did Biometrics

Oct. 03, 2012: Received interview appt. for Nov. 7, 2012

Oct. 04, 2012: EAD in production notification received!!

Oct. 13, 2012: Received EAD in the mail!

Nov. 07, 2012: Interview day!! Was approved on the spot!!! 5 minutes! :)

Nov. 17, 2012: Received Green Card!!!! :D

My ROC:

08/25/14: Sent package

09/12/14: Did biometrics

05/20/15: Interview notice for 06/23/15

06/23/15: Interview approved

07/01/15: Received 10 yr green card

My N-400:

08/07/15: Sent package

09/08/15: Biometrics taken

No updates for me though....not fair :(

I have a feeling you will get one by the 14th, because that marks one month since your biometrics..

Hubby's Timeline:

Wow!! That's so awesome!! I've mentioned this before, and I'll mention it again....it really seems like the processing times on their website are not accurate at all, you local office (Houston, Texas) is supposedly processing cases of July, 2015 and yet you just got approved without an interview!! Which I also have noticed that they are approving so many cases without interviews, it's just so great to hear the good news, it really gives us hope, especially since my local office is supposedly processing cases from April, 2015 still.

10/09/2015: Consulate acknowledged receipt via phone; Hardcopy from US DoS with case number.
10/19/2015: Received information from Consulate.
10/28/2015: Medical Exam
11/17/2015: Interview...rescheduled due to computer problems. New date as yet unknown.
11/18/2015: Called in for interview and APPROVED!

11/24/2015: Picked up visa/passport and sealed packet from the Consulate! <happy dance>

contact the ombusman if it's passed 90 days and no EAD you should contact him. Also at day 80 you should of filed for upcoming 90 days deadline on EAD or something idk the form.

  • March 22nd Lawyer posted out paperwork.

March 28th Checks Cashed

April 14 NOA1s dated April 1

April 15 Biometrics 28th April

28th April Biometrics completed.

if it has been over 90 days you need to contact USCIS and speak to tier 2 to see what is going on with ur EAD

Agree. Time to get a tier two so they can try and expedite for you, or never forget you can use your local house representative office too

I got 2 email today from uscis, first one saying that :

On May 12, 2016, we approved your Form I131, APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT, Receipt Number MSC×××××× We will mail your approval notice...

And second one is saying that :

On May 12, 2016, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSCxxxxxxxx, and will mail it to the address you gave us.

So basicly they approved my employment autorazition and travel document card is in production.. hopefully i will able to get it this week through mail..

This gives me a bunch of hope, as I am in Minneapolis, and did my biometrics 12 days after you!!! So with any luck I will be hearing something on my ead soon!
