Brining evidence of marraige to interview?

Hi guys,

Just a question I've received my interview packet but it doesn't mention brining any evidence of marraige to the actual interview.

Since my embassy requires me to drop off the packet of documents 2 weeks before the interview, do I include these evidence documents in the packet or just bring them with me the day of the interview?

when we went through Amman we were never asked to bring anything to the embassy ahead of time. Are you sure of this????????? We brought extra evidence to my husband's interview but they never asked to see any of it.

I'm not sure at all, that's why I was asking. So they didn't request any pictures or documents? That would make life easier.

BTW did they give you any trouble about the tax returns or income statements?

what am I asking is where did you get the idea that you had to drop things off 2 weeks prior? That isn't an option as far as I know. And i told you, no they did not ask for evidence at the interview, but that isn't to say that they won't ask you. And why would they give me a hard time about tax documents? Not sure what you are asking....

On the embassy instructions it says to drop off your packet 1-2 weeks in advance (or else your case will be delayed):

Jordanians, residents of Jordan, and applicants already in Jordan

(effective immediately): 1-2 weeks before your interview, you must send

your complete document package with Aramex or drop it off at the U.S.

Embassy between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m. any day. These hours are for document

drop-off only; we will not be able to assist with cases or answer questions

during this time. You should submit all documents no more than two weeks

before interview and no later than one week before interview. If you choose

to use Aramex, there will be a 5 JD fee that you will pay directly to them.

Non-residents of Jordan and applicants traveling to Jordan for interview

(effective starting with November 2015 appointments): You should arrive

in Jordan five days before your interview and conduct your medical

exam. Three days before your interview you must drop off your complete

document package at the U.S. Embassy between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m.

they have chnaaged it since our visa then. We brought all original documents the day of the interview

Hi hope all is well, did you get your interview yet? I'm so nervous my fiancé in Amman is having his interview tomorrow may 30, 2017, anyone knows how long this interview will last and will he get his passport stamp on the same day ? Please help so anxious . It has been a long princess thank you
