Our lawyer sent out our i601a application yesterday! (Friday, February 27th)

Anyone have any idea how long it will take to hear back from USCIS with an approval notice? (or denied)

My husband is here in America "illegially" he's been here since 2002... we both have no criminal record.

Hi everyone, I am new to the forum. We filed our i160 at the end of january, I t was rcvd February 2nd, can someone pls tell me how to check when there is a movement on our file.

Thank you

You can't check when there is movement on your waiver. All you can do is check processing times, as indicated in the answer above your comment.

hi JaclynE89

It takes about 10 business days for you to receive your receipt that they received it but I've been hearing the process takes 4-6 months if not longer. My husband waiver was received on dec 18,2015 and were still waiting. Good Luck!

Hello,

We filed 601A on August 13, 2015 , got our receipt a week later and got an approval response by October 29/15. Everything went smooth and didn't get an RFE ( request for evidence). I follow the case online by registering on USCIS.gov and using the receipt number they send us when the application was received.

Hope this helps... Good luck.

:2014 I had applied for green card on marriage base. 1-130 was approved from immigration. After six months during the interview the immigration cancelled my case and said to apply for the 601 waiver. 212(a)(6)©(I) My attorney applied for 601 waiver based on my wife's medical conditions and applied it with all evidence. After two to three months my 601 waiver was denied. After the my attorney applied for 1-290B(AAO OFFICE) in March 2015 it was also denied. Till date immigration have not moved my case to court in a sense of deportation. Can someone have same cases?
