I came to the US on a B2 visa, got married to my girlfriend and now filing I-765, I-485, I-130 and G-325 together. For question 17 on the I-765 (eligibility category), what option do I choose under "Who may file Form I-765", is it (a) (9) or c (9)?

7/20/2016: Received Interview Notice for August 25, 2016 @ 11:45am (Day 113)

8/25/2016: Interview Atlanta Field Office at 11:45am -APPROVED!!!! (Day 149)
