What vaccinations are needed for AOS?

Hi folks.

My wife has received her K3 visa and will soon be coming to the U.S., after which we'll file for AOS.

There were NO vaccinations required during the K3 medical. But I was reading that vaccinations ARE required for AOS. What vaccinations are needed, and should she get them before coming to the U.S.? Is there anything else that she should do before coming over here?

My Fiance had the same issue, she was not given any when her medical was done in Pakistan. I don't know WHY. Anyway when i sent her AOS in US we went to a doctor in Brooklyn and were told to do the whole medical but i told them to only do the vaccination. Anyway they took a blood sample and we only required 1 injection. The doctor name is Dr Shahbaz and his office is in Brooklyn and he is on the INS list too. They only charged me $100 for the whole thing.If you want, ask the medical clinic in Pakistan to give you a form stating your wife does not require any vaccinations and then you can ask a civil surgeon in US to transfer that info to I693a form. i will still have my mind set to do it here in US.

This site lists the required vaccinations.Note that it says varicella is recommended only, but our civil surgeon double checked this for us and say it was required for the AOS medical supplement.
