Not risking it, signing up for it. When it says mailing address do I use US or India? Not familiar with this, you all here are more experienced thats why I asked the question, I am just reading what the website states.

I'm not 100% sure so I refer to KierenHby since he's been through this already. It's a learning opportunity for me too but since this part of the process is for the beneficiary I would think the mailing address would be hers in India. I think it's to let them (Mumbai consulate) know where to mail the visa when it's ready.

I'm curious what the correct answer is as well.

N-400/Citizenship process:

everyone, 

 

quick question:

my parents got interview letter p4.

 

They are in Gujarat, and interview is in Mumbai.

do I schedule the fingerprint and photo appointment a day before? or they should go soon (like in 2-3 days) for their interview on 4th Oct?

 

I can schedule it on 3rd oct if that's ok, so they do not need to travel twice to mumbai.

My wife also has interview on 4th Oct too. She is also going from Gujarat. We scheduled biometric appt for 3rd Oct.

Question regarding Medical exam. Did you get it done or are doing it at Gandhinagar Apollo? How much do they charge? I saw on embassy website and it said 5000rs. But the guy from apollo said 18,000. I am not sure why so much difference.

I have been trying to reach apollo since yesterday.

the guy said servers are down, so will call again.

website says 5K, but have not get chance to ask them. 

will be calling them again tonight (California night time) and will find out

also i have some relative who just went through the process last year, so will ask them as well..

will keep you posted.

I just checked with my relative, who went to apollo

he mentioned that they paid 18K last year. 

so you're right.

 

he also mentioned that the medical report should be recent, no more than 2 weeks. i have not read that in instructions, but i am going to do that only. will schedule around 24-26th sept. (mostly during tuesday-wednesday)

Are you sure about the 2 weeks thing? I didnt read it anywhere and its not possible for my wife to go for Medical in the last 2 weeks. Could you ask your relative where he/she read this.
