Timeline

Good every body i have concerns about the I-134 form my pititioner downloaded it but the expiration is in 3 days, and by the time it gets to me its already expired, is it okay to used the expired form? If not, where we can download the un expired form? Thanks everybody....

The I-134 form will be excepted even after it expires.

I have onother question, we recieved our. NVC letter yesterday but they mispelled my fiance's middle name what do we do about it?

You don't have to do anything except just make sure that the CO is looking at their documents to ensure everything is spelled correctly name wise. It's ok to ask and base your question on the misspelling from your NVC letter. It's not a big thing and this has happened to others and if they have the spelling wrong they will correct at that time.

Better to ask then get your visa and passport back and the name is wrong. That's for sure a delay.

Hi Greenbaum, i am concerned if the SLEC will question me if i give them my NVC letter with misspelled middle name? Since they are asking for 2 copies of my NVC letter?

SLEC is most interested in the MNL# on the letter. You can make note of the mis-spelled middle name if need be. The medical will follow your MNL# to USEM
