hey guys my husband had to resubmit a new I-601 and that was received on dec 18, 2015 does any one have a case pending as well?

Current average processing time is about 6 to 8 months, out of Nebraska, but can change as your waiting and could be sooner. When you say resubmit do you mean like he didn't file it properly or he had to send additional information?

Sorry for the late response he had to submit a new one the lawyer had submitted the I-601A the first time neglecting the information we gave them of my husband being in a county jail at the age of 19 his now 36. He had his interview in Juarez in June thinking we had everything. Come to find out the day of he had sent him with no original docs. So of course they refused him and thats where all the nightmare began. they request for the original docs (sent) then the court papers (sent) after and final they requested the I-601. Im relieved to say at least he wasnt denied. So now were in the waiting game :clock:

for doing the wrong waiver just sorry no and get this when i told him that we had to do another waiver and he lagged it i gave him every in August to turn it he didnt do it until september, and when he mailed it to top it off instead of sending it to phoenix he sent it to chicago. Thinking the office was going to forward it to the right location and he stated they would never happened. I finally took it and resend it myself unfornately it was sent in december.

what did the atty tell you ? does he have a CIMT, also know the waiver is discretionary....good luck
