I called Tmobile today to get info on adding another line to my cell plan so when homeboy gets here, he'll have a phone.

Turns out her friend was a missionary and just did the K1 for his fiance from Colombia!

I asked about if we could get him a cell phone ASAP to start establishing credit without paying a big deposit and she said, oh no, no. Let him piggyback off of your account, but get him a credit card with a very small balance and make sure it gets paid off and he'll start establishing credit without paying a lot up front.

She then said, "You make sure that you get him that cell phone before he comes so he can call his family in Mexico and feel more comfortable."

How sweet!

That is what I call customer service!

It's nice to get a personal touch to it.

I hope all my service providers are that friendly and helpful!

Check out www.wirefly.com they have t-mobile service, and you get a much better deal through them, then directly with T-mobile, and the account will roll up under yours anyway.
