Hello, Im a television host. Ive been working in the US for a year under a p-1. My O-1 was just approved with a company 2 months ago. Since then I have left but had another job offer elsewhere. They sponsored me for my O-1 and now Im in the 15 day waiting period. Because the O-1 was just approved in December and they are using the exact same evidence, letters & they have the first approval notice. Is it likely to get approved again?

I would have thought so.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

Yes, if it's a reasonable time period since your last O1 petition, then the evidence and supporting document should be still valid. I've had multiple O1's done this way for various film studios. Once you get one O1, the rest is a cake walk honestly.
