well, at least they've seen our case.. We got a RFE mailed to us today :( I'm so worried though now.

01/13/2016: I-129F filed  07/15/2016: K-1 visa in hand
10/13/2016: Filed AOS + EAD/AP.   07/07/2017: Permanent resident (Conditional)
04/16/2019: Filed ROC  11/17/2020: Approved. (10 yr GC)

 

Naturalization                                                        
09/02/2020: Filed (Online)    09/08/2020: NOA1: (NBC) 
10/22/2020: Biometrics Reuse Notice.  12/22/2020: Online Status Changed to Interview Was Scheduled.  
01/29/2021: N-400 Interview - PASSED! 01/29/2021: Same-day oath ceremony.

Fill out your timeline, it will give an indication, and as more people update there's it will give a more accurate projected date. It's still saying an average of 36-40 days on my one, but I think 5

Where would you find your estimated date??

Nice one, it should give you an estimated date, I would think around 26th Feb?

Remember that's still assuming 40 days or so average, but it looks to be slightly longer now; I guess with Christmas/New Year backlog? or more people filling after the New Year/Christmas proposal influx?

Join the Jan Fillers thread, that'll help you stay up to speed on the over all average acceptance times.

Think we've only had 1 or 2 so far, and they've been around 45(?)days, latest I've seen was from 6th Jan.

The site gives you it when you set up your timeline and fill in the details about your NOA1 date, etc.

Click on your name in the top right, then 'my timeline' and fill out the details, then it will give you a projected NOA2 date on your timeline.

First, don't begin calling for 10 business days after you get your text message (NOA2). Second, you will need the Petitioner's and Beneficiaries full name and date of birth.

Call 603-334-0700 Press 1 for English... Press 5 to get an operator. Be prepared for a wait. Tell the operator that you are requesting a case number for your K-1. They will ask for the receipt number located on the left top of your I-797 (NOA2) form. Then he/she will either tell you that they have not received your case or you will be asked for the names and date of birth. If they don't have the case, you will be told it can take 30 to 45 days for them to receive it and to wait however many days/weeks and call back. You can call back the next day or as often as you want. NVC's hours are 7am to 12 am (midnight) eastern time. Monday through Friday except Federal Holidays. Calling early or late is the best plan.

When you have your case number, enter it here https://ceac.state.g...ker/status.aspx and it will tell you one of three things... At NVC, In Transit, or Ready.

Hey, people, I just checked the USCIS website and it says my case was aproved (YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY). Should I update my timeline already? Or I should wait till I get the hard copy?

01/08/2016 - I-129F package sent to Dallas, TX

01/25/2016 - USCIS received / transferred to CSC

01/29/2016 - NOA1 email notification

02/02/2016 - NOA1 hard copy

03/10/2016 - NOA2 (USCIS updated status)

03/14/2016 - NO2 hard copy

04/04/2016 - NVC received

04/06/2016 - Case Number (phone call)

04/07/2016 - Package in Transit!!! (Yay!)

04/08/2016 - Case Ready for the Interview (OMG!!! :o)

06/21/2016 - Interview - 3 questions, 2 minutes and that's it :) (had an issue with former Divorce Certificate, make sure you have the final one, they won't accept Consensual Separation, more time waiting :( )
