Fill out your timeline, it will give an indication, and as more people update there's it will give a more accurate projected date. It's still saying an average of 36-40 days on my one, but I think 5

No, it will not. That it their standard for California. They approve faster then that.

I've got to say, this wait has been the most shittiest wait ever. Whenever I see people getting approved so fast after RFE's or their NOA1's - it really kinda depresses me. 2,5 week right now, and i don't know what is taking them so long. It sucks to know that I know someone who was less prepared than us, less evidence, no data page, just a few texts and photos and that's it and he got approved a week before me. Really trying to stay strong in this one, but I'm afraid lol.

The process is long winded, frustrating to say the least , however take comfort in knowing that at the end of this process you and your love one will be together and the distance will be a thing of the past . Cheer up, there is a blinding light at the end of the tunnel . Pray we all get our much awaited approvals this week .?

Thanks for the support guys! Really appreciate it. It has "just" been 2,5 weeks (I know) but it sucks more to see how some people get approved while others did so much more work for it. That's the big deal for me, I guess. I send in so much evidence and proof and it was so neat done that I just wonder why it takes so long. Let's just hope now for all of us January petitioners that this month will be our month!

Good morning everybody- I just received a txt and it says "On April 6, 2016, we approved your Form I-129F" wow- I can't believe it !!!!!!!!!!!!! After 59 WORKING DAYS- NAO1 date-JAN 14th.

Hey guys, I'm here praying for your approvals to come soon! :)

I have a question, don't know if any of you could help me understand... NVC received the package and yesterday we got case number (by phone), and the lady said it has to be processed, and we have to follow the 6 steps they will send, and stuff... i thought it was from NVC, them to Embassy for interview, now I'm completely lost :(

Do you guys have any ideia of what they are talking about?

01/08/2016 - I-129F package sent to Dallas, TX

01/25/2016 - USCIS received / transferred to CSC

01/29/2016 - NOA1 email notification

02/02/2016 - NOA1 hard copy

03/10/2016 - NOA2 (USCIS updated status)

03/14/2016 - NO2 hard copy

04/04/2016 - NVC received

04/06/2016 - Case Number (phone call)

04/07/2016 - Package in Transit!!! (Yay!)

04/08/2016 - Case Ready for the Interview (OMG!!! :o)

05/09/2016 - Medical (Ok!)

06/21/2016 - Interview - 3 questions, 2 minutes and that's it :) (had an issue with former Divorce Certificate, make sure you have the final one, they won't accept Consensual Separation, more time waiting :( )

07/15/2016 - Sent pendent document (The correct one!) \0/

07/18/2016 - Consulate received documents

07/25/2016 - Visa finally Issued!!!

07/26/2016 - Posted to be delivered!!!!!

07/29/2016 - Visa in hand!!! *Victory Dance* :D

Hmm... no just go ahead with what you need to do with your medical and so on. Never heard of anybody sitting around and waiting for something. Not even all receive the letter they send out anyway

I know others are still waiting and no need to worry about it. We told God to handle it and decided to wait and not complain about the delay. I did something this morning but I don't know whether or not it's related- I decided to send USCIS a reason to pull my file just by changing my street name from CT- to COURT which is basically the same thing. Look at the date and time- I sent the address around 8am EST. and at 11:20am EST I got a txt. It may not have anything to do with it but it's quite a coincident.

Kinda reassuring to see I'm not the only one still sitting in the waiting game. Got our NoA1 on the 22nd of January and now today learned that they sent a RFE. hopefully its a minor thing that can be fixed quickly and does not delay our application much further.
