We mailed our I-129F on Jan 8th and on 14th we received NOA1 hard copy but since then we haven't heard anything yet. I know it has only been a month and 2-weeks but just wanted to hear what other people's comments. I know each case is different and no one size fits all scenario here. What are your thoughts?

I'm also NOA1 14th Jan. I sent mine on the 7th. I've seen a few petitions near mine start getting approved on the app. So there might be something soon.

K-1 Jan 2016 Applicant timeline.

I-129f sent to lock box 7th January 2016.
Delivered 11th January 2016.
NOA1 sent to CSC January 14th 2016.
NOA1 Hard copy January 21st 2016.

I'm the 21st, so a bit behind you, though from what I can tell it appears quite a few have taken 50 days to get a reply so far from December onwards for UK people.

So I'd not be overly concerned as yet.

It's still saying an average of 36-40 days on my one, but I think 50 may be more realistic based on current Jan people I am aware of who are still waiting on their responses.

I should clarify, this is just based on UK people, I'm not sure where you're located roseandtim.

The above is not accurate for CSC, nor the averages seen on VJ timelines, or what people have reported.

The official USCIS timescale is 5 months.

Historically, with TSC this was accurate, CSC however are much quicker. Typically.

Nice one, it should give you an estimated date, I would think around 26th Feb?

Remember that's still assuming 40 days or so average, but it looks to be slightly longer now; I guess with Christmas/New Year backlog? or more people filling after the New Year/Christmas proposal influx?

Join the Jan Fillers thread, that'll help you stay up to speed on the over all average acceptance times.

Think we've only had 1 or 2 so far, and they've been around 45(?)days, latest I've seen was from 6th Jan.
