the reason "nobody did a thing, nobody ever will' is because the rich play by their own rules. if they get caught hiring illegal workers (funny, right) they pay a fine and move on.

why you think a wall is going to stop rich people from getting their cheap labor is beyond me.

The rich will get their cheap labor by using the pseudo slaves in other nations, and that needs to stop as well. CEOs making huge profits on the backs of foreign dollar/hour suicide-net workers is wrong. However, what keeping out large numbers of illegals will undoubtedly do is limit the severe hit they pay on social services (way more than the paltry taxes they pay).

Why does the left make anything and everything about race. It's like freaking O- blood. It's the universal donor. Anything you don't agree with. Scream racism

It is so tiring it is completely turning me away from the Democratic Party and liberalism in general. I am just honestly fed up about constantly hearing that if you disagree you are racist, particulary given how many democrats are clearly racist themselves.

Good luck!

a wall will not stop the rich from getting their regular ol' south of the border cheap labor, they won't outsource. the rich do what they do, the law does not apply to them. and when it does, they pay out and move on.

some people will always be more comfortable blaming the poor for all the economic ills of this country, doesn't change the fact that the poor have no power. eliminating illegals is not possible via exclusion or a wall. not so long as the rich keep paying them. the rich will find a way to get them over 'the wall', human catapults maybe? naw, too far fetched. anyway barriers do not exist when you have money.

But I am blaming the rich. The poor are their symptom; the majority of americans want stricter immigration, and a slight majority want completion of the wall. The reason illegals continue to pour in is because the rich like the cheap labor for their businesses and their slaves (the lobbied politicians) do their masters' bidding almost every time. There's simply no other explanation to the majority of americans wanting something that is technically achievable yet never happens.

Good luck!

and i'm saying a wall will not stop money from getting what it wants. sure a wall is achievable, who couldn't build a wall? it's not some grand solution to anything.

bigger questions, what's this about trump backing down on immigration to NYT?

also, good thing the illegals trump hired (sorry his contractor hired) were from poland huh.

Should I be concerned that you and I are thinking alike?

For some reason the "Dogs and cats sleeping together, it will be anarchy!" speech came in to mind :content:
