Haven't received our NOA1 yet

We sent our I-129F on February 8th via Express Australia Post to this address:

USCIS

Attn: I-129F

2501 South State Highway 121 Business

Suite 400

Lewisville, TX 75067

Via our package tracking number we saw that it arrived on February 12th. I filled out the G-1145 email and text message form so I expected to get electronic NOA1 pretty quickly... It's been 14 days and we haven't heard anything. I put my mailing address as my address in Melbourne, Australia. And the address my fiancé will be living at upon arrival in the U.S. As my mothers address in the states. Would that make any difference?

We paid the fee via money order so we don't know if they have processed the money yet..

I'm getting really concerned as everything I've read shows people getting NOA1's really quickly.

What should we do? Wait it out a little longer or refile? Am I over anxious and this is normal?

Thanks in advance!

It can take up to 30 days to receive receipt notifications from USCIS.

1) Locate your jets.

2) Place them in your freezer to cool them down.

3) ???

4) Profit.

I sent mine from within the US on the 9th. Received NOA1 message on the 19th. That's 10 days for me. You're only 4 days past my wait time so far and there is no set number of days that they will get to your application. Just relax and don't fixate on it. If 30 days pass and you don't get anything, then you'd be justified in worrying.

Hi guys,

we are at the same situation... I am also worried. My fiance sent our application on Feb 9 via Fedex Overnight and it has arrived on 10. Signed for by: J.REYES. We are on 19th day of waiting....

My fiance called them and woman sounded like robot "you have to wait for 30 days, you have to wait for 30 days. Do you have anything I can help you with or you need me to repeat again?"
So, here is nothing we can do by now. I check timelines of other people and some of them receive NOA1 in 20-25 days. Let`s share some updates here.
Good luck everybody!

NOA1 - March 10

RFE - June 9

NOA2 - July 28

UPDATE: it's been 21 days since our package was said to be delivered and we still haven't received a NOA-1. So I called and finally spoke to someone! They checked and told us they didn't see us in the system at all which means they haven't processed our money order... My concern is growing. We are going to get a new I-129f form completed and ready to send for when (if) we hit the 35 day mark without hearing anything and we will just re-file.

I wouldn't.

When you trace you package what does it say?

It says the package was delivered on February 12th... Through Australia Post. So we are counting the days from the date it was delivered since we shipped it internationally.

So it says it is at the lockbox? ...

Like I wrote before check the February filers there was another filer where his package got stuck in the lockbox, he had an e-mail address where he could contact them regarding that his package didn't get picked up from the lockbox.

He means he wouldn't sent another one.
