Hi everyone! I just got the NOA2 which lists the expiry date as June 17, however I'm in school (with my fiancé) in France until mid July. As long as we have interviewed and received the visa by June 17, is it ok to stay in France until mid July?

As long as you are processing your visa application there should not be issues, the expiration date of the petition can be extended up to a year, most embassies do this without issue if you have started your process.
